Stockbridge is a city in Henry County, Georgia, United States. As of the 2010 census the population was 25,637,[4] up from 9,853 in 2000.
Stockbridge is part of the Atlanta metropolitan area.

I like Stockbridge, I just moved here a few months ago, I'm originally from Florida.

What’s good about living in Stockbridge I’m relocationg from Vegas and it looksss sooo different
Stockbridge is awesome! The cost of living is dirt cheap. There are plenty of stores, including a gun store, military surplus, Super Walmart, a major chain grocer Kroger, and just about every business within bike riding distance to take care of bills. Stockbridge connects to morrow GA. Both are small cities. Morrow has a movie theater and some shopping, but not much. I used to ride my bike from Stockbridge to morrow. Stockbridge also has a huge park called Clayton County International Park. There's a water park there, bike route, crossing bridge and recreation center. There are plenty of mobile mechanics available at reasonable prices so no need to go out of your way to fix a car. I used to live off of Daniel Drive and Hwy 138. There is a planet fitness, Goodwill, McDs, Wendys, etc all within walking distance. The Walmart is just 10 min walking distance from there. The interstate going to Atlanta is just 5 min from Daniel drive. ATL is only 25 min away. I'd definitely recommend the area. Despite what MSM would have you believe, Stockbridge has many peaceful blacks there. It's pretty diverse in fact. Even the trailer parks are quiet. It's very easy to meet people in the entire ATL area, so finding friends and hangout buddies are a dime a dozen.
Oh, and Lake Spivey homes are within a 10 min driving distance. Rappers T.I. and Little Kim stay there. I've seen T.I. in Walmart two times ..lol. Rick Ross lives in Evander Holyfield's previous home about another 15 min away in Fayetteville.
