Atlanta, Georgia Hoods | Here Is What I Saw

- Atlanta, Georgia has some of the worst and most dangerous hoods in America. Poverty, crime, and run down areas are a real issue in certain places within the city. Although recently there has been some attempts to address the blight, it's certainly going to take a while to fix this place. Crime on the other hand, is simply out of control. Let's take a drive and check out some of the most impacted areas.
Hello.. Stay safe in your travels... Thank you for taking the time to upload..Still have to shake my head..This isn't how people should live.. STATES have to be

Hello your welcome
I’m so intrigued by that little street corner pop-up store. It seemed so random.
I have a home that is not in the best of shape, not in a city either. I don't mow my lawn much, or pull the blackberries off of my roof, or fix the holes in my porch, but I don't have garbage outside either. I don't mean to be judgmental, but it doesn't take much time to pick stuff up. I've been down, unemployed and behind on my bills, but I don't leave garbage in my yard. Thank you for the video, but this is another big city that just needs help?
Why so many Dodge Chargers? I counted 8
another great episode as always great content .but wow holy moley
Hard to believe the property value around here is averaging $375,000 to mid $400,000
Very interested channel. It's shocking to see american cities in those conditions. Hi from Italy
Awesome footage as always!
Thanks for watching!
Such a shame what’s happened to these areas.
These neighborhoods look very nice. Lots of trees and greenery and big old trees. Cozy houses. Potentially great neighborhoods. What happened? Were these good neighborhoods some decades ago? I thought Atlanta is a booming city.
I'm a lifelong GA resident and have never had the urge to sit in a lawn chair in the middle of the sidewalk in a ghetto. lol.
I guess if you don't have a lawn chair you just stagger around in the middle of the street. Also lol.
No to this area. Thanks for sharing.
Nice area!
Thanks again for your videos 🇺🇸
Thank you for watching!
Cops need to be checking all these 'beauty supply shops' in the hoods.
From the bad-as-Michigan roads to the boarded up "project" buildings 😢
Thanks! Great job!
Here's $10 so you can buy something at that corner stand with the umbrella ella ella ella a a a but make sure you open the box before you leave only to discover a brick inside. 🤣🤣
Thanks so much Linda! They had some good clearance items there lol
Thanks!
Thank you so much Matt!
I already know that Atlanta is slum and is a dumpster city. I was born and raised there in these neighborhoods. Its just sad. Nothing ever changes about these neighborhoods and areas. People are desperate and sad and hungry. And when they become homeless that's all they have to be. But, this country is falling apart and falling inward. You can't ignore people who are suffering like that forever
I know this well because I'm trapped here. 🥺
I did not see not one cop cae for miles.....nothing!
Are they supposed to wait til morning for the cops to come if anyone needs help??!!! Sickening!
Every major city has poor areas, I actually Live in Atlanta, and some of these places I have NEVER seem, l have lived here 40 years, and always in one of Atlanta's many BEAUTIFUL neighborhoods, like Virginia Highlands; Buckhead; and Midtown! As with any city, your income determines your outcome and surroundings!
Apparently everybody's moving into sheds ,,I mean tiny homes..??
Do what ya gotta do. Lots of people sleep in tents in the winter time where I'm at.
Shout out to Trin with the lemonade stand on James P‼️
The road decay 🥺 Hola
Hola Deborah! Thank you so much!
So sad it just makes you wonder what really happened
Atlanta looks much nicer than I remembered it.
As a citizen of Georgia, I don't acknowledge Atlanta.
Same. I have to go downtown sometimes on business. When I retire in 5 years, I will never go near downtown Atlanta or any other metropolitan city ever again.
I like Georgia!
Why walk in the street? There’s sidewalks
❤
8:31 This neighborhood needs cleaning up, cutting grass, and trash work on their houses. During the day time all the young guys are out and not working. I see a security guard shouldn't be with those guys and they are probably during criminal activities. Those guys can make this a very attractive neighborhood if they work on everything. More abandoned houses at 9:08. 9:45 I see an abandoned building on the left. 9:56 Another building is abandoned on the left. 10:11 I see looks like someone is building a house. 10:38 I see a church. 10:52 I see a lot of people are always hanging around abandoned buildings. Older houses and occupied some. 11:39 An unoccupied abandoned house but someone selling a yard sell. 11:56 This building looks unoccupied on the right. 11:58 This area looks like it's occupied in the houses. Yards of grass cut. Well, I spoke too soon. I saw a liquor store right down the street. 12:41 I see a female coming out of the abandoned building that house is abandoned. Two more guys are out in the yard I see more people up in the yard what type of house. 13:07 I see An abandone building. I'm thinking this may be an old school here. I think the city needs to do something. The peoeple that has a lot of these property needs to be torn down are remodling them houses. 15:04 I see a new drie thru but how about the rest?
A few people outside for a change 😅
I guess it needs to be over 100 degrees to come outside lol
