I personally don't have a problem with you using this edit, but you may run into issues with either the artist, their management and/or their label or publishing company concerning rights of usage. Shoot me an email and I'll send you the original WAV file I used to create this (I'll be sure to delete your comment with your email after I get it). Also, I ended up recreating this edit because the first instrumental track I used wasn't the same quality as the album version. Not only did I get a much better quality instrumental to fix that issue, but I also extended the ending just a bit too.
