I know this video is old. But me and a buddy are trying to get GT5 working on RPCS3 and we're struggling to see each other online with the LAN lobby. I cannot find any info on how to get it to work at all with connection between the two emulators. I've looked just about everywhere and 1 video here on UA-cam claimed to figured it out and make a tutorial about it (Sadly, he never did) Do you happen to know how to get the emulators to communicate via Xlink Kai(Or even RadminVPN) or is this just a dead end? We got the setup for the Xlink to work with RPCS3 with the Bridge, but sadly. It doesn't seem to be connecting to either of us. I don't know if we just need to get an IP address figured out on the emulator side or what. We're quite honestly stumped. Any help to get the RPCS3 Online LAN support working and fully functioning like you can with the PS3 side of things would be appreciated!
We got it figured out. We used Radmin VPN, I didn't take down my firewall and it kept blocking the connection. So for those that are in the same pickle if you read this. Make sure your firewall is off, put your IP address in the Bind address box and check UPNP. Otherwise, you won't get a lobby to show in game. We played for nearly 10 hours straight and it worked very strong. I also checked the NAT connection in game when the lobby was made. It seems to work, I don't know if you need to do that or not but it worked for me. So happy racing folks!

Help, I keep getting "site can't be reached" when I open Xlink Kai I already did the VPN still not working
hi m8 , my only advice is to forward the ports xlink needs in your router.I cant help with this as every router is different
Will this work with Resistance 1 2 & 3?
It should do yes as long as those games have a lan mode , although i havent tried it myself
that means , if a bunch of ppl are able to get this, could be GT5 back online by this ? :O
in theory yes, same with GT6 and GT4 i imagine
@@ef5supercell GT4 works but GT6 doesn't have LAN mode so it won't work

So you just download Xlink kai on your laptop and then get is on PS3??
hi yes just get xlink on your laptop , you will need your ps3 to be running a cfw to enable lan mode
