The borders are a bit off in some places. Burgundy, if it were to be annexed at all, would've likely followed the zone interdite boundary. Chalkidiki would've remained within Greece as it was outside of the annexed areas, while a small zone around Edirne would've likely been ceded to Turkey. Corsica was to be taken over by Italy too. In case of Turkey entering the war on the side of the Axis, the most likely outcome would've been a cession of Batum, Amasia, and Nakhchivan to Turkey, alongside Greek eastern Aegean islands and a buffer zone in Syria. Ingria was also to be annexed directly into the Reich, similar to Crimea. Lokot autonomy would not have survived as it was a temporary measure and would've instead have acted as a model for future collaboration efforts. It's also doubtful Syria and Palestine would've fallen under German influence, as they were within the Italian and Turkish spheres of influence, whereas Germany had Iran as its main ally in the Middle East instead.

I think you're taking the SS plans for eastern europe for granted. Any plans of germanization or deportation or... the third thing, would be very muddled and open to intense bickering among different political factions, I even doubt H man would take any hard stance on the matter, as he didn't really in real life

The Ukrainians in a world where the germans reigned victorious, the Ukrainians support them more than ever, providing more manpower and commitments. They are claimed alongside auxiliary einsatzgruppen to have carried out the holocaust, which is the main force that is said to have been responsible for the murders in the east, they used volunteers from the eastern countries to facilitate the holocaust, which i think is inflated, at least statistically.
You do know in the Nazis "Generalplan Ost" which was the Nazi Post war extermination Plan for eastern europe states that their plan was to eliminate 40-60% of Ukranians, 10% shall be germanized and the rest was to be used as as slaves in Germany or to serve the German settlers in the new "Lebensraum". Ignoring the genocidal and Racial policies is practically denying National Socialism.
@VonLedigsberg looked it up and there were like 4.5 million or some crazy number for how many Ukrainians were conscripted, but I don't know if that's like also partisan+volunteers, it's the fact that it was an invading military that took over the area and then received the volunteers, but the Soviets once at war with Germany and the axis, started recruitment of the Ukrainians.
