I need help😢, mine is when go to removes & accessories it’s blank. when i factory reset it will comeback as normal but when using it for a while. the problem comes.

Hotchelle Bro, Make sure your Bluetooth headphone have sufficient Charge, also You can try to reset the headphone and only connect it to your TV. It can fix the issue. Also if there is no Bluetooth option, try using wired headphone, it might work better for you.☺️

Audio out options are pass through, pcm, auto and off for me. No bluetooth option seen
