Good video. Personally I leave the rear wheel on the ground before wrenching the front sprocket loose, that way you dont need to leave it in gear and create stress on the internals.

Dave, Just interested... What sprocket and chain did you use? I've heard of people having issues with the 17 tooth in front and using a 16 tooth instead. I saw one post of a person having issues with the 17 tooth wearing a groove in the part next to it. Thanks in advance....

Well the front sprocket nut seems easy to loose for you, I use a 2meter lever and can't loose it
