How to Map UNMAPPED Lake! (Garmin Quickdraw) - There are a lot of times you go to a lake and there is no mapping or you can just tell the mapping that has been done isn't great. Well with the Garmin Echomap units, you can use the garmin quickdraw contours feature to unlock some really good details. Here is how to do it.

If I’m on a fairly large lake I want to just be able to get back to my starting point which can be difficult when there are many islands that all look the same? There needs to be a Google maps for boats IMO. - there such a thing?
