I'd say Montserrat and Bodie. Bodie looks like it's in the middle of freaking nowhere so a ghost town in the middle of nowhere sends chills down my spine and Montserrat is actually a neighbor country to my country. It's not beside or within vicinity of it but within the Caribbean but on a map it's near Jamaica. I can't imagine going there to spend vacation. It'd be a lonely vacay if I ever seen one

My family is from Cyprus. I took my grandfather there a few years back and we visited close to Famagusta. It was definitely eerie hearing him talk about how beautiful and lively it was. He cried talking about it.
I love a good abandoned haunted environment, just something about its hauntingly beautiful visual setting and the ideas of it being used as either a multiplayer map or somewhere for a good haunting

Yeah we can only wonder why teens in horror movies have the need of spending a weekend in far away abandoned places where there's not even a functional toilet. Specially in those cases where they actually know people got killed there, like those campers wanting to visit the ruins of Crystal Lake Camp.

There are a couple places in NY that have been known for many years. One of the places is on an island in NYC and is off limits. It is an abandoned hospital but I’ll let you find out the rest since my memory is foggy on the subject.
What! The first place that opened the same day as the Titanic sank. I literally just watched Titanic.. I thought I misheard you when you said April 15th 1912.
Top 20 places never to visit....... number 1. Your ex’s home when u go inside u see the room and the things inside change with every look. While moving through u get feelings of being watched at every moment almost feeling haunting
Detroit has some of these abandoned beautiful buildings. I had a neighbor when I lived there who's a local journalist. One time he went to Michigan Central Station to explore, for an article. He got robbed by some homeless guy living in there. Took all his money and the nice camera. So guys, be careful when you think about going in with no protection!
SAD FACT THE JAPANESE USES FORCED LABOR NOT BECAUSE OF HATRED OR RACISM BUT BECAUSE THEY'RE GENERAL POPULATION ( POOR & NOT AFFLUENT ) WERE SO MALNOURISHED ( BECAUSE OF FAMINES AND WAR RESERVES THAT WERE TAKEN FROM THE CIVILIANS ) THAT MOST EVEN IN THEIR 20's DIDN'T HAVE THE STRENGTH TO PUT IN MORE THAN AN HOURS WORTH OF WORK PER DAY
I lived in Bogota Colombia for many years, and it's really close to the "salto del tequendama" Sad to see something so beautiful like the river being so polluted.
To be fair, Pripyat is more about the dangers of cutting corners, corruption, lack of safety standards, and bad engineering, which Soviet Russia was notorious for. Nuclear power is one of the safest forms of power generation, with the few actual accidents involving it boiling down to instances of poor custodianship, bad engineering, and poor to no safety standards.
no Houska Castle? that place was said to have been built on top of a very large hole (supposedly in the chapel area), where legend has it, that one prisoner was said to have been lowered down into it and said to have aged 30-years when he re-emerged.
Look I’ll tell you right now the island of Poveglia is haunted, and NO locals will take you there. You have to find someone under the table to take you and they won’t stay. And you better hope they come back to get you or you’ll be swimming back. That place is insane.
10. And thought Pompeii was the only place to be destroyed by a volcano. 2. And I thought Titanic was the only dead boat to make it to be an attractive wonder.
I was also surprised that it didn't make the list. Come on, the fires underneath the town are still burning and will keep burning for another 200 plus years. That definitely deserves a spot!
to know I live 20 min away from the second most creepy abandoned places is concerning I've never heard about it cause there is a swimming pool my family and i go there so often i don't know how i don't know about it
What about Centralia Pennsylvania? Coal mine fire started in 1960s with a population of over 1000 now down to 5. With steaming fissures and graffiti highway
7:43 as someone who lives in the Caribbean i Montserrat is pretty damn scary (even though i've only been to like one of the British Virgin Islands i live in the dutch Caribbean guys i've heard some shit)
Which abandoned place do you think is the creepiest?
Beelitz-Heilstatten
It would be so cool to inhabit that Italian Island Minecraft style
