I didn't think about anything during the encore run; I was simply having a hell of a fun time on the field once more. During the actual finals run, I cried a few times because everything was so powerful. That whole day was an emotional wreck for everybody.

There is something that no non band member will ever know when it comes to marching band. In marching band your band becomes more than a family as you trust everyone while they do their moves. im dying
ok, this is one of the best things I've ever watched
I've always loved Downside Up, but the inside view makes it so amazing!
4:17 “Carol. Carol. Carol... KILLING IT.”
Confirmed: *CAROL BASKIN KILLED HER HUSBAND*
Kara*
Kara but nice try
Hey it’s Matt Allen. He’s my schools drum line instructor
Jose Gutierrez Mora it’s definitely a lot and makes our drumline one of the best in our division
@@DimensionsEdgeTavern dang what is it like?
Lucky bastard
that guy in front of you with the floppy ears 😂
So cool to think I marched on the same field as my favorite DCI team last year, can’t wait to do it again my junior year at BOA
After 8 years I'm still having goose bumpslistening to 8:20
As an alto sax player this wants me to just quit that and learn how to play snare
Stay on Sax, learning Snare Drum is something you either commit to at a young age or you dont commit period
GamingWithFun15 / GamingWithFunOffline I cant really say this with knowledge, but the way I see it is to do what you want. I don’t think it is ever too late to learn snare. Just always practice.
As a trombone player, i feel the same
Jacob Hanekamp this is such a stupid comment, assuming he made this comment as a high schooler, it definitely would not have been too late. I started as a junior (3 years ago) and currently march drumcorps and have a couple of years to move up to dci. Of course not Bluecoats but then again they're one of the best drumlines at the moment
Jacob Hanekamp and my school wasn't anything special either, it's about practice and dedication
9:16 That must've been the wink, because the crowd went crazy!
Samuel Heavener yup lmao
12:40 I never realized how hard he really *smacked* that last note 👌
this is super impressive and really cool to watch but oh man the amount of effort and work you have to put into something like this is almost unimaginable
Time for this to be on everyone’s recommended page
4:16 made me laugh so hard. "PIZZA!!"
A little less pizza and more 4 door minivan
Ooo just slice me off a lil' piece of that!
I heard Ben Gunnarson loud and clear, Matt and Ben are my favorites.
I know Ben had a mic, but still.
And no offense to other bluecoats, you guys do way better than I could.
I've watched this so much times it's my favorite show out dci
I’m in 6th grade just started playing percussion and loving it!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
PACOOOOOOO, wait paco? Yeah I think paco XD I loved that
EcHo_aWAITs I don't get it are they just filler words?
yeah same. Also hoo-liet un and Taz-urs-taz-et-un I GOT IT!!
Random Name so are they just filler words?
I don't see what you mean by filler, they replace DUT-ing. Basically saying something funny or cool to not sound like a DUT-ing human metronome
Random Name ok got it thanks. I call DUT-ing filler words because it helps you stay in time.
if this sport was open... imagine... but its so expensive to be at this level...
You also need to be skilled
+k. mun so do other sport players ^_^
Pablo D once you get in do you get paid, like, it becomes a job for you?
Marifeel no, you actually have to pay to be apart of them... lol
whateva56 they get payed in championship rings so it's good to win
"2 I love ya 3 I miss you"
Im gonna use that to count from now on.
8:09 "HeY DaBaDi DAaAaA" had me sobbing
bro everyone makes fun of us band nerds but they never understand the hard work put in and the comradery that comes with all those long hours of practice after school.
