Idk, they looked fine on the morgans. Although the 58 might go UNC on a resubmission. I think the other 2 big companies are way too loose on them. I've seen some junkers in PCGS MS-65 slabs.
@@TheWinstonDouble I have done several ANACS submissions over the past two years. And I will say that if I send some of these coins to pcgs that I would probably get a grade or two higher. I had a $10 liberty that has complete luster very few contact marks and no visible wear, I would put it up against any ms62-63 I’ve seen and they gave it a AU58. I had a 1878-s Morgan I got back last month that they gave a ms63 and I swear if I send it to pcgs I would definitely get a 64 or 65. I had several dealers agree with me and the ANACS rep as well. I have no problems buying good looking coins in ANACS holders cause I know they would grade higher elsewhere. I do know that CACG is also very tough on Morgan’s as well from what I’ve seen lately.
@Bmore_Coin Idk, whenever I play along with "guess the grade" videos, I'm guessing a grade low on every morgan from PCGS. They give morgans a lot of leeway. NGC does as well. I was looking at an MS-67 in a shop that looked like an average 65. And the PCGS/NGC slabs fetch the most money. It's just weird. I'm not a fan of TPGs in general. I crack all mine out and put them in 2×2s.
@@TheWinstonDouble I mostly buy raw coins to begin with and send to ANACS. It’s a cheaper way to preserve the coins vs sending to pcgs and I drop them off at my local show and pick them up there so it saves a lot of money on shipping and insurance fees. I’m addiction to watching coin submission reveal videos. I’m thinking about making some myself
@Bmore_Coin Yeah I'm always looking for raw coins. I'll buy the graded ones only if they have some really good eye appeal and I want that particular one no matter the cost. Otherwise, I can find stuff much cheaper raw.
From what I see, I have to agree to your comparison of the au58 and ms62! Seems like the grades should be reversed. Happens all the time with every grading company. I've experienced the same. As long as humans are the graders ,the system is prone to
Bro , you got hit by a brand new grader trying to impress his superiors lol...that is way beyond conservative grading...what a shame most all the coins you showed are all mint state...really ridiculous .
Fine little collection overall 👍
Thanks 👍
They are super tough on grades. Especially Morgan’s and pre 33

Most people think ANACS will always overgrade their coins. In my personal experience, they are pretty tough.
@@1ufcfanatic795 I’d say so… If I see ANACS grades coins at reasonable prices I have no problem picking them up. Always buy the coin not the grade.
It’s all about the luster, not the little scratches…for the grading difference between the au58 vs ms62
Learning as I go. Thanks.

you got robbed
horrible grading !
you made someone's low grade quoter for the week ...
@@LookWhatJesFound Thanks! Some of the coins are way too clean to get the grades they did… Thanks for letting me know I’m not crazy. 🤪
