Compressor work cycle is 70 - 100 psi, 88L, 21cfm. It probably would work whit smaller compressor too. I have a review video of that compressor on my channel.
You need air compressor, I have review on mine in this channel, you can look it up. It is quite powerful but that is what you want on sandblaster. Otherwise, it will be slow and inefficient
Yes that is good remark, but then you have to use really good body and face protection because that sand gets everywhere. Of course sandblasting cabinet would be the best option here
@@Hammerback0Everyone knows mattress tags CAN be removed - by the consumer! Funny you should mention speed limits - a motorcyclist died going over 100 mph on a busy street. Bad part was he flew through the vehicle he hit and killed a grandpa and wounded that man’s son. I even don't looked up before making. Just did it from what I had, bought few things and built how seemed proper. BTW all sandblasters is pretty much the same thing
So far this is the best I seen that actually works effectively
It's nice to hear it
Is the tank pressurised as well as it being gravity fed to the outlet at the bottom
Yes, it is pressurized through the top hole
How much psi are you using? What is the capacity of your compresor? Thanks, and cool video!!
Compresor work cycle is 70 - 100 psi, 88L, 21cfm. Check my channel I did little review on my compressor
Looks great and great idea. Question is where the gas come from?
Thanks! Please specify your question I'm not quite sure what do you mean

nice diy😊 how many CFM and psi of a sandblasting air compressor?

The TEE joint, The ELBOW and the TUBE that measures is 1/2 OR 3/4?
I believe that is 1/2
I used only 1/2 and works good. You don't need any higher because the compressor is most likely a low cfm one
@@laurentiu.panait2536 My compressor is 250 liters
How do we pressurize the tank? Can I use a tyre inflator?

Interesting 🤔...l would sand ⌛ blast where l could retrieve my sand ⌛ for future use 🤔

how much sand it comsumes per minute?
Its a difficult question to answer because I never measured that. Can say since the nozzle is quite large, it uses quite a lot

You didn't show why you cut the patch on the side why'd you cut the insert
It was some kind of a plug in the tank and it seemed to me that there was a weak point, so I just reinforced it

Speed limits aren't made to be broken. Tags arent meant to be removed from the mattress.
Now watch Robert Lyle go tell mom and dad.

@@Work_G yeah all good. Your tutorial is a faster version of theres and easier to understand. Look at his nozzle setup, should fix some issues.
