This is one of my favorite playthroughs of this game on youtube. I love playing as france so you get points for that and your ship moddels are really good and have inspired me to try better on the ones I build.
For the Große Kreuzer (lit. trans. "Big Cruiser") the Neubau A (lit. translation "New ship A") was the Prinz Heinrich and Neubau B was the Prinz Adalbert. In-between Neubau B and Neubau C/D (Gneisenau/ Scharnhorst) were the Friedrich Carl, Roon and Yorck. These had the designations (during their build time) Ersatz (Replacement) König Wilhelm, Kaiser and Deutschland which were build as Panzerfregatten (e.g. HMS Warrior from the Royal Navy) and later reclassified as Große Kreuzer. This was due to legal and financial regulatory reasons. The Große Kreuzer were cruisers with more than 5500 t displacement, while the Kleine Kreuzer ("Little Cruiser") where up to 5500 t.
