- Everything that we know, everything that we ever experienced creates the movement of the thought. This movement of thought creates observer which thinks that is separate from thought. This illusion is creating suffering, pain, pleasure and it is never quiet, even in your sleep you create worlds because of movement of thought.

You have to inquire into nature of thought, give attention and you will see for yourself. Once you see it mind becomes extraordinary quiet and you are, for the first time in your life free, free beyond freedom.
