I've been watching these Drag and drive videos for years! Yet it never crossed my mind that I've been along for the ride watching Blain grow up. An incredible little chunk of his life that'll always be on record.
Right? its so awesome seeing this kid go from 'i know stuff bout cars' to full fletched petrol head that knows more about car parts then some mechanics.. Kid is enjoying life and living it large! Awesome to have been along with @1320video for this young mans journey on the blacktop.

I am a mustang fan, but I wasn’t even thinking about the orange one being my favorite of the race, then he said it had a boss motor in it! Now, by far, he has my heart

I love Blaine and his Dad. I have a 7 yr old son myself and he is my little buddy! I can tell his Dad looks forward too and enjoys every day on those drag and drive events with his son!!!
instagram said he hit the brakes and a suspension component broke off. comments on the post pointed out welds that didn’t look the greatest. the 1320video account posted it. i don’t know what actually happened, this is simply what i found a few hours ago scrolling through an insta post mindlessly. take it with a grain of salt.
Between the 330 and 800 foot mark, something comes out from under it and dances across the left lane. It snapped right, hard, as the weight came off the back and moved forward, so maybe a four-link's mounting bolt, on the left side - meaning it wasn't so much leaning over to the right, as the diff snubber was pushing the left side up, power comes off, snubber rotates down, left rear wheel moves backwards, making the rear end turn the car right like a Billy Cart going backwards.
@@PiDsPagePrototypesyou’re far more knowledgeable than I am but I agree that it was absolutely driver side rear that caused the issue. No way that side would collapse if it was a right rear issue. A couple google searches and you have me convinced you know the exact issue 😂
Drag week is way better than rmrw. It's the og. Dumb of them to have them at the same time... there's enough weeks of the year to choose different weeks.

Dead air, and then arguing announcers, plus you can’t read any times and they stopped racing for sometimes 30/40 mins straight. So yeah I’m very happy this was on cause that was boring as hell. Even the guy who announces sick week keeps it moving, they didn’t.
im scandinaivan, and he reminds me of a norwegian ( i beleive) dude who would roadtrip his 1700hp ford granada for several thousand kilometers each summer to participate in car shows all over northern europe, i dont know if he's still active, as it's been more than 10 years since i heard about it for the first time

Happy birthday Fred 🎉 😂😂 Pls tell the guy with E30 DCT to try to break boost launch it, stall speed at 2500rpm and put it in gear and hold the rpm at 2000 and let go of the break. I’ve gotten low 11s consistently in my M4 with 600hp so it shouldn’t be an issue for him on wastegate. ✌🏻 ❤
I built my home on an old farm where they dumped their junk out back by the river. Old cars trucks and everything else. I found a bunch of diamond truck parts, they don’t make quality stuff like that anymore! Love it!!🇺🇸
Been watching for a little over a year and starting to see some familiar faces.. young feller Blaine is certainly maturing as a driver and young man.. all these vehicles are deadly and the huge family vibes are great .. these are better then any series on Netflix.. thanks for sharing🤘

Fred, its really easy to differentiate a 55 and 56 chevy. A 55's front turn signals are curved and on the fender, the 56' are flat and square and are in the bottom corners of the grill

Fred, a tell tail I just learned about the Tri Five Chevys: 55 has straight body trim. 56 has curved body trim behind the rear tire. 57 has the obvious tail fins.
Man I wish I would have known this was going on I live about 60 miles away in Centerville Texas and would've loved to have been there. Have raced there with my family for years
The Diamond T truck with the old RV trailer is instantly the coolest thing at this event. God bless Texas!
