the labels on the padlocks are in russian saying "замок навесной" (padlock in english). so i assume those were manufactured in russia... or in china for the russian market. anyways, the product quality is simply beneath criticism.
bolt cutters are somewhat expensive, get dents in the blades if you use them allot like my grandfathers, and tend to grow legs, a dremel works great though.

What's the point of making another key as shown in the video when you already have the actual key and its necessary to make it? If your breaking the lock to open it with a razor, why not just use a hammer or a piece of rock found everywhere?
While the mold was rather poorly done, it's an example in stealth. You take the key for a short period, get the print, put it back. Ideally you would make the cast out of better material than solder in a double sided clay or putty mold, which would mean you would not need to have the key for further reference.
