That was an incredible launch point, slip there would ruin your day. We’re you alone on that flight? How did you get up there? Your landings are always an adventure. Superb flight and venue, All the best 👍
I'm curious if you take anything with you when you hike up there, like a hiking bag? When you glide down, do you take everything with you back down in one go or do you have to leave some stuff up there that you get back later?
Hiking bag is called a "stash bag", basically a really light backpack you can fold up small and stuff into a pocket. Modern wingsuits have pockets in the tail wing and legs for storing hiking poles, etc. Collapsable water container, etc. Basically everything you bring up needs to be flown down so you need to go pretty light.
For hiking up its common to carry your gear in a thin and light stashbag. Todays Wingsuits are often equipped with large pockets on the legwing for your stashbag, foldable waterbottles or even polesticks.
Thanks guys, I can't add more... everything has been said! On a regular jump, it's no drama with the gear jumping down, on 2day missions, it's more complicated and you have to think what is really needed and what is expandable. I once jumped with my sleeping bag in my legwing and it worked surprisingly well😉
Amazing bro. One day I will jump with man. I'm trying my best to finish my 200 jump of skydiving then I will start my base jump. Stay relax and enjoy the Human flying life
@@DomeWingsuit Oh, I have nothing but respect, awe and curiosity for your flights. I was just wondering if there's an equilibrium that you must have between your suit and your weight in order to maximize your air time. For instance, how 10kgs up and down would change the flight patterns? Would it require for the suit parameters to be tuned differently? Keep flying!
basically the lighter a pilot, the longer he can stay in the air. 10kg up or down can make a big difference in start, speed and glideratio, but body- and wingsuitdimension also play a role: I would bet a strong 75kg, 2 meter guy will outperform a 85kg 1,65m dude...
I was hoping you would get all the way down there. And you did. It would have been funny if just before you jumped, we heard you say, "I'm coming home for lunch today. I'll be there shortly."
Wow! you covered a lot of distance there! have you tried running this footage through reelsteady stabilization in GoPro player? I bet you'd like the look even better
You are the MASTER of Wingsuit videos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Incredible distance. I really didn’t think you’d get that far. What a flight!
An EPIC glide for a bride! 💋
what does that even mean?
Another amazing jump !!!!!
and flight ! 😉
I cant stop watching. This is so cool. ☺
It's so beautiful...
Thanks for this inspirational act.
Magnificent one of your best 👌 👍
it was for sure a long flight ;)
Balls of steel..! Amazing!
Amazing as always! That was surely one of your longest flights?
Nah, my longest one was of the Eiger to Lauterbrunnen in 2020... 3min flighttime
Can't even imagine how this must feel. Wow. 😊

Superb flight and venue,
All the best 👍
I was alone that day, climbed a via ferrata to get up, landed at my wife😉 perfect👌
Beautiful beautiful mate 🙂
굉장하다.. 멋진풍경 멋진날씨
새가 되어 하늘을 나는 기분일듯..
Awesome 😎
Sounds like an F18 in flight then a spaceX landing just before the chute opens
Wow! Unbelievable!
So wholesome at the end
Some amazing fights your sharing with the world. Fly safe.
thx man, I hope you join and enjoy :)
Joining isn’t as out of the question like it was when I started skydiving a decade ago. But I’m still afraid of heights so it’s not likely.
DomE fliegt jetzt Langstrecke! Respekt, Bro!👍
Ja der war wirklich lang😆
You have the PERFECT life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Unfortunately the Perfect life is too short...R.I.P. Dominik
Bingeing on watching all your flights! What a joy to experience this freedom. I'm wondering if GoPro videos can be watched in VR?
Enjoy David! Much love!
Unglaublich!
Amazing!

I too would like to know the answer to this.

Very interesting, thank you for taking the time to reply.

What is the elevation change from top of mountain to valley floor? Beautiful flight btw😊
I laughed when you said OK on the ledge, before the launch.
Like it was my voice, like what the hell am I doing here. 😳😳😳💩

Oooh yeah boy🤘🤘 step by step and stay safe
"Darling? Where are you?"
"I'm on top of the mountain."
"But lunch is almost ready. I made your favorite."
"I'll be down there in three minutes."
Do you fly daily ☺☺this is very amazing👍👍👍😍😍😍
wahnsinns distanz! saugeil! 😁🤘🏼
🤘
너무 멋있어요.... 굿굿
Do your arms get tired holding them out like that or is it pretty easy?
so long you need a refueling during the flight!
Hahaha, great😅
Is there a reason for staying close to the side of the mountains
You sometimes can expect some thermal lift close to sun facing wall. Here it was not the case though....
I want to ask a question. Is this sport expensive? How much does the equipment and training cost?
It adds up...
gear is about 4-6k
skydiving license + training: 10k to ~
I guess I spent 50-80k in the last 10 years for it (very rough estimation)
Ah the crunchy sounds of a nice crispy UL wingsuit.
The sound of a NEW UL wingsuit😆😆
@@DomeWingsuit You're putting it to good use! Thank you for posting your awesome flights.
How many kilos you can put up and still go for that crack?
Not sure if I understand you right, but my take off weight is under 80kg... I guess I could take some more but don't know why...

no no Dominic... you hide some kind of engine somewhere...! 🙂
Turbo-boost, super-persuit-mode, I have it all😉🙏
I was hoping you would get all the way down there. And you did. It would have been funny if just before you jumped, we heard you say, "I'm coming home for lunch today. I'll be there shortly."

Wow! you covered a lot of distance there! have you tried running this footage through reelsteady stabilization in GoPro player? I bet you'd like the look even better
I tried reelsteady but it cuts out so much of the surroundings, so I just left it like the camerastabilization does it for me
Interesting. Even if you turn smoothness to low?
@@importon you're right... I should do more testing on that... I'm not a filmmaker u know. I turn on the 📷 and hope for a good result😉
I hear you! It’s just that these flights are so cool, I want to see them look as good as humanly possible

How long does it usually take you to upload a video after a flight?
Sometimes I do it right away, sometimes I forget or don´t have good internet... so yeah... between 10min and weeks
Без права на ошибку!
Удачи и благополучных приземлений!
Поразительное зрелище! 👍🚀
С какой высоты прыжок и какова средняя скорость полета?
Звук как у самолёта
