Over the past 10 years, I have reported from around the world numerous times about the horrors of child abuse, and in recent years, about the evolution of the crime online.
I have covered the sentencing of offenders, interviewed their young and innocent victims, talked to special police investigators who work to try and contain the problem and witnessed first-hand the devastation the crime can cause.
An expert in child exploitation recently said to me: "Law enforcement cannot arrest its way out of this problem."
It is a sobering but true fact. This is a crime that can happen anywhere in the UK, inside any home, in any bedroom, to any child.

Why are children at 3 even online in the first place

Why is there parents giving you these phones in the first place
Parenting. Why aren’t parents being asked about why they put these devices into the hands of children in the first place?
Well who should we be directing the directing the questions too?.
You can never criticise the parents, apparently.
Trust NOBODY with your kids!
Does that include the parents as well?
Kids should not be online till around 16 years old. I have three boys 12/9/7 no games consoles no mobiles social media or access to any phones.
How about we address the fact that kids and adults to be fair are chronically addicted to phones and devices...
Stop schools needing kids to have internet at home.
Stop schools preaching all this pride filth and woke teaching
Ban devices in schools.

What the hell are babies doing on a bloody phone or computer? This is just complete madness, insanity.
Why tf is everything so expensive that people have to spend almost all their time at work to survive & therefore not spend enough time with their children? I’m sure this dilemma is not due to parents just not wanting to be present.
@@nunyabidness5505 I guess it depends what's more important. Wanting too much stuff that isn't necessary, so you have to spend all your time working to pay for it,or just having what we need in life, and what our children need in life. What it boils down to is understanding that material things aren't important in life, but love, patience, humbleness and time to listen and be with your kids are the most precious commodities anyone can have. You can't buy time back, it's gone within a blink of the eye.

Your kid was using devices alone. Bad move. Doesn’t matter how many “controls” you use. Given them devices and allowing them private access is never smart.
Stupid parents who allow their kids with phones and then they say why it happened. My kids know not to let anyone take their pics etc and to this date, they are safe and always will be. They can’t do sleepovers and no one is allowed at my home from school. Only my moms house they can stay and even there my mom knows not to give any mobiles or access to social media etc. at home the laptop stays in the living room and has a pin and they do their homework in the living room
they should be talking about this in schools maybe six education classes. nurses at schools easier for a pupil to maybe talk them then talking to their parents. nip it in the bud
My kids know all about sex education and periods from the ages of 4/5 and they know that no one can touch them or hug kiss them without their consent. Even when I hug my kids I ask their permission. Parents allowing their girls to dress and behave older than they are and not keeping eyes on their boys activities etc.
A story that needs to be told.

Parents have failed these kids
Why are children sp stupid to put personal pictures on line. What do they expect to happen? Is there no parenting these days? I have no sympathy for children’s poor behaviour.
At the end of the day, the parent/s should be held partly responsible! Who on earth leaves a 3 year old on the internet unsupervised and without parental controls! Microsoft, Google and Apple provide those tools for a reson and i did not know how to set it up is not an excuse! Also why is a 3 year old using chat sites? Parents that fail to protect there children online should be looked at for neglect and child endangerment.
Why children been given sex education in school under the age of 16? This nonsense, unnecessary, lesson must stopped in all secondary schools.
Crazy place. It is hard to fight such amount of woke criminal unreasonability. Good luck asking the gov.
