I once had 4 Kicker Comp 10's in a big sealed box taking up all the trunk space in an Integra, on a 500 watt rated Soundstream Rubicon amp, it was so much more bass than I needed in a daily driver lol... ended up just running two of those subs to get some trunk space back and it still slapped. I bought the car in 2002-2003, and the previous owner installed the system with the 4 Comp 10's somewhere around '97-98. Surprising how loud that system got for around 150 watts per driver in sealed boxes, now that people looking for SPL are running like a thousand watts plus per driver...

So install experience ain't got shit to do with a listeners experience. Texas got they own shit and they on that. A lot of people do like DJ Screw. But in Texas he's a staple in the culture.
