Jeanie is doing a lot when she wake up but look how joyful and positive she is so it must work right? I'm not a morning person and I am a preschool teacher and let me tell you it is hard to walk in that building and put on that smile for my class everyday. So I be praying in the parking lot before I come in. It helps most times.

People yaking, clucking, and squaking as soon as you get to work is SO annoying. Much of it winds up being the same day to day bullish*t you've heard a thousand times before. My way to deal with that is to go to work 30 minutes early have a snack, reflect/center and like Loni says 'ease' into the day. It's so helpful.
I like Jeannie's morning journal routine. I think that's a really good idea for people like me who have a hard time expressing themselves verbally but can get everything out by writing it out and leaving it out for husband keeps him aware of her state of mind. Pretty cool

I think you should have a morning and nighttime routine. Morning to start your day off on a high note being grateful to God, and reflect on your goals for the day, and then at night to remain grateful to God and wind down.
I'm definitely a morning person. On weekdays I usually wake up at 4:00am to go to the gym for 5:00am and then I go to work for 8:00am. I always wake up early in the morning.

I think you should have a morning and nighttime routine. Morning to start your day off on a high note being grateful to God, and reflect on your goals for the day, and then at night to remain grateful to God and wind down.
I'm definitely a morning person. On weekdays I usually wake up at 4:00am to go to the gym for 5:00am and then I go to work for 8:00am. I always wake up early in the morning.
