This is the official Diecast Emporium review of the 1:50 Scale Ertl Prestige Edition John Deere 470G LC Excavator made mostly of diecast. The model has been around for years now, but has this "updated" edition adressed any of the model's short comings? Let's find out!

Nice Tommy!! This happens to be one model in my collection. It appears to be a small model, but it does have a decent size to it. The functionality of this model isn’t all the greatest but it’s a good model for a great price. Since Ertl is releasing a model of the 870G LC Excavator as you mentioned in the end of this video, I most definitely will have to add it to my collection.

You can improve the stick out but it's a lot of work doesn't hold a pose after as it's the way the metal is on the hydraulic inside plastic

I just wish someone would make better tracks for it or at least the 210s tracks are stronger but you would need 2 of them just to make tracks work on the 470 and they would be shorter pads

I will reserve my opinion until it comes out and I have a chance to review it so stay tuned to the video. For watching commenting
