I was surprised about not finding my local skatepark on the list. XDUBAI skatepark, largest in the GCC region and definitely deserves a spot on the list. It expanded the skating and BMX culture not only in the United Arab Emirates, but in the whole region!
Brooo, I'm from Riga, that's so cool you added it! The park really is a lot of fun. If you come for a visit tho, visit the national library of Riga too, it's like a natural skatepark. It was perfect for skateboarding, so Madars Apse made a project and put some new ledges on there so that it would be harder to damage and now it's officially a skate spot. It's like super cool, you should check it out! ;] Also, I really liked area 52(51?) Used to live in Holland for a few months.
@@ghostlytvt3029 well obviously but I'm not about to learn a language to use it for only a year when I can get by just fine with English and have so much schoolwork
2:16 bruh it’s so steep I hurt myself going into it. People get stuck in that bowl all the time and they made that ladder for that reason. Also u can open the gate u don’t have to jump the fence. It is literally down the road from my house lol
Idk if you have done this cause I’m new to your channel but I would recommend looking at rush skatepark in the UK, ive spoken to the owners and they’re in a bad situation so they may close down in the next few years.
I would be so hyped if i had a skatepark like the First one in My town i mean what to ask for more ? You have a lil quaterpipe a ledge a little 2 block ish thing thats fun for 10 summers in My eyes
Being from SD, Linda Vista skatepark spoils me. My favorite thing about it is the bowl with the spine. Only complaint is it gets busy af, but its cool to see Vinnie Bahn and Cory Juneau running around and completely destroying everything.
Yo, I've learned skating at the Nike-SB hall in berlin and there are a couple of things you missed. Not only is there the main hall and the huge ramp in the back, there is also a smaller wood-bowl hall and two concrete outside mini parks.
1:35 was in Iceland for an internship for 3 months, not a single good skatepark on the whole island, but still so many skaters, making the best out of what they have and just hittin street!
There are actually a bit more than 10, but I'd say only 3-4 or so are really worth visiting. There's Skatepark NOORD, A'dam South, IJburg, Java Skatepark, Skatepark IJplein, Skatepark Buikslotermeerplein, Middenmeerpad Skatepark, Skatepark Museumplein, Skatepark Marnixstraat, Skatepark Nelsonmandelapark, Skatepark Onderuit, Skatepark Rembrandtpark. If you count stuff that's truly nearby like Skatepark Diemen and a couple of DIY spots (pretty sure there are like 5), there's perhaps like 20 or so. I do agree like half of them have seen better days, so definitely agree with that.
@@skateboardbruh aiit, u right, I was being too negative. Still, except for the indoor one, none of these are 'skateparks' as in Stoner in LA or LES in NY in terms of size or quality.
The NikeSB Shelter changed a lot. The Half-Pipe isnt there anymore. They expanded the Street part. There is a Bowl in a seperate Room and a 'Secret Area' called Betonhausen but its not public.
U should check out our Warsaw skatepark made by skaters, it’s called “szaber bowl” it has a bowl which is the most known part but it has street segments as well.
The Verse Collective mini ramp is so good! Just got back from a trip there and not only the ramp, but hotel and cafe are worth a visit. Plus the waves 🔥
At my local skatepark they built a ledge that was 6 feet apart from a 12 foot deep bowl. One of the locals there fell back into it and landed on his head. I've never seen him again after that.
I'd love for you to rank Harshman Skate Park, in McCall, Idaho.. it was this one skate park i used to always go to when i went camping in that little town haha
House of vans london is actually a lot of fun, mainly the fact you can incorporate mini ramp tricks to bowl lines. Also it's free and indoors and London gets a lot of rain...
There used to be snakeruns in Amsterdam and Amstelveen (build in the 80s), but I think both of those have since been demolished. Not quite the same as the modern pump runs, but still pretty fun.
@2:49 This park is a really creative street spot with some smooth flat ground and a couple cool street like obstacles I could skate here for hours coming up with cool shit
Kensington Park represent! The ledge next to the bowl is kinda sketched though, no clue why they designed it like that. The bowl itself is big and deep and the mini ramp is fun to mess around on.
Bondi skate park, mona vale skate park, Belconnen skatepark, meadow bank skatepark, some really sick ones in Tasmania and Western Australia (all in Australia)

i live in san diego but am going to school in new york and everytime im not home i miss that park so much its literally the best. cant complain about ny skateparks though because pier 62 is one of my favorites also.
I have a local skate park at my old school It has like a realy big ramp but that’s all it has but not far from there is a bowl and it’s in the netherlands
I live in the Iceland Réttarvöllur at the second worst skateparks. The reason it’s so bad is because some golfers designed it not even a single skater. The worst thing is that there are like only bikers and scooters there
I’m in LA and they got rid of my local which was 3 blocks alway but we still had one around a mile away and they tore that one down to the closest one is 5 miles which isn’t bad but now it’s hard to get to the park when you don’t have a car :(
the skatepark in my town, i wont call it a skatepark, consists out of a quarterpipe, 2 very small quarterpipes and a hip. the ground is the worse then everywhere else. theyre building a new park at the moment but this will take around a year till it is finished.
