Dal Bhari Puri:
Dal Bhari Puri Origin for Bangladesh, India and is very famous in Indian cooking. It is one of the best puris normally made in special occasions. Dal Bhari Puri means stuffed split peas seasoned with turmeric , cumin and salt into dough and rolled out as small puris (flat bread) and fried in cooking oil.
