Likely due to the horrible mess of a coordination by Metro, people had given up on using this service. Therefore, we ran empty until we finally picked up 2 passengers at Heyington, and then continued without any further pickups to Richmond.

Unfortunately whilst this is a relatively nice sounding unit, and is specced nicely, it is in a pretty tired state these days.
