Hi , please if alotted 3mins per question in a pre recorded video interview, is it compulsory i must exhaust that time ?

No not necessarily. But dont do just 30 seconds . Or take your time spwaking slowly until the 3 minutes is done , however make sure you are answering correctly if you don’t understand question just say can you please repeat the question
