I find it hilarious that because all of them happen to be Dark types, they are all valid targets for Dark Honest, the corrupted form of Yusuke's spirit partner Honest. That was very serendipitous. 🤣
Given that card exists, it makes one wonder if that was supposed to be a thing that happened, but was scrapped due to the reduced episode count.
@@christopherb501 I would consider it unlikely tbh as Dark Honest came out way later during the Vrains era.

Speaking of Dark attribute, i wonder what original Light deck Yusuke to use with Honest ? maybe Lightsworn since this archetypes debut in Light of Destruction pack.
Glad to see you during GX's 20th anniversary, Clear World is now able to be played. Fujiwara has finally been remembered and he was a sick character too.

Kaijus tribute the opponent's monster, forcing the activation of the effects of Clear World while clearing their board.

On an unrelated GO Rush topic, Dylan have you seen the latest summary related news for the upcoming episodes? 109 & 111 are the 2 upcoming episodes I'm most excited for, for obvious reasons.
I think that is why konami printed Clear cards so that they can add Fujiwara to DL since GX hasn't got any new character since Jim.
What's even left for GX exclusives? The mirrors? The dolls? The kabuki? The quiz show? Ojamachines?

The darkness deck is probably one of the last big ones left.
Maybe white nights but phantom beasts have similar if not same effects.

I remember Fujiwara was the owner of honest so maybe puuting 3 honests with 3 dark honests, some defensive traps and some supporting spells will help

I always love new characters getting the deck.
While the Clear deck might just see casual play, maybe some clever meta duellist can think of a way to make them competitive. People say Vicious Knight is the one that has the biggest potential.
I’m hoping also that in a core booster or future anime related set, we’ll get Fujiwara’s Attribute spell/traps which helped the deck a lot. Cards such as Chameleon, Gravity, Mastery and Bomb.
Really excited to see them printed with some cool buffed up effects. Now let’s hope Dennis’s Performage Trapeze High Magician gets just as good if not better treatment. They gotta print RUM Magical Force too to make it keep in mind. Also, throw in Trapeze Witch.
So, if you're using Western name order and go with names like Judai Yuki, Shou Marufuji, Yusei Fudo, Shun Kurosaki, etc, his name's Yusuke Fujiwara, while it's "Fujiwara Yusuke" if you're doing last-name-first Eastern name order :)
That said, very glad to see Yusuke's Clear archetype finally being printed after some cameos in the Tag Force games, and with the major buffs to boot. I wouldn't be surprised if they made some game-original Extra Deck bosses in the spirit of what he used at some point, and that would be neat.

Hope we get some Mr T cards like Thousand Punisher and Dark Archetype and Manjoume's Different Dimension Hangar. Some of these were used in Tag Force games but not physical cards yet.
Clear vicious knight is a good way to deal with monster hand traps like Effect veiler, Ash or Droll

I don't know what Archetype can go with Clear's, but One for one, Machine dupe, Starving Venom, Super poly, and, Allure of darkness are what I can see that would be a good thing to have for the deck. And Clear sacrifice could be revealed later,because Clear phantom can add 2 Clear spells/ traps so it's possible it could be printed later.

I mean Konami did add some cards that Fujiwara used in the anime like “Attribute Chameleon” or “Attribute Mastery” which is only available in the mobile game Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links so there’s that.
So Fujiwara WAS avsilable in duel links.
@@mystery8820 I mean Konami sorta teased season 4 during the Jaden Yubel event a couple of years back and they did started releasing some of his exclusive anime cards through side events but no Fujiwara isn’t available yet in Duel Links.😅
I think that their gonna be something extra in the next main set since Phantom can search 2 Clear World or Clear sp/tp which we only have 2 targets and I they need something that let's you summon extra monsters since outside of Cube you can't really summon much in one turn

I actually rewatched the entirety of GX subbed recently and man I really thought Clear might have a chance of being printed.
tbh I think this will just be Vicious Knight turbo with other engines splashed into it (Sinful Spoils, Horus, etc)

It's worth noting that there are still Clear cards that haven't been printed (Clear Sacrifice comes to mind) so there may be more on the way in a future set, similar to how we got the Sergey Earthbound stuff. This stuff is really good however and it makes me excited to try the deck out. It also gives me hope they can somehow translate Darkness' deck to the real game. So far, we only have Darkness Destroyer and Neosphere

A real life Clear monster existed way back when… in 2009, Clear Vice Dragon.

What’s interesting about these is we’ll likely see some of his other cards in a core set given we’ve been seeing anime cards trickled into core sets lately.
Shame we’ll probs have to wait till a World Premiere set early next year for us to get these cards.

Bro when i saw earlier in the week these cards got announced i was like yooooo season 4 Yusuke Fujiwara's other cards are finally here! I think the deck has potential even if it doesn't come from the ones form the show we see time and time again that Konami supports the anime decks by giving them additional cards like how we are getting the new powerful Gimmick puppets! Either way i'm glad another anime deck and from ta main villain is finally coming out more in its entirety

@YugiohEverying Also the deck that would work the best is yubel arc type as yubel is antai meta if you were able to use the clear lock with that arc type show work pretty well

technicly speaking since weve had clear world and clear vice we did have the archtype. just cause we dont have all the cards doenst meant we dont have the archtype... the main issue is its not been printed for 12,5 years XD... no im not joking its been that long. last time was the gx legendary collection from 2011 xD. the only boost they have is that the level 2 or if its level 1 can do an extra normal summon and that they all are unaffected by clear world (which they are in the anime anyway but here they have a attribute) fun fact since they do have attribute this means we can play cards that supports dark types in the deck. liek dark grepher... even though i highly doubt youll play it since it sends a monster to the gy from the deck which does nothing for the deck XD. but lets take raiders (the rank 4 phantom knights raidraptor xyz) thats playable. note: i missed theres also a spell and trap searcher i missed that one. but before you say hey warrior didnt just have 1 tribute needed... yes it did. he only sacrificed one in the anime. that little one has legit the same effects as in anime apart from the extra summon.
thing is clear rage did have more effects we just never see or hear them. and its never played when clear world is out so theres no ide if it has the other effect xD.

I don't like that Clear is a series rather then an archetype now, nor that the monsters gets rid of the risk if you have a non-Clear monster on the field. That being said I tried them out on EDOPRO including some Kaiju to have them work and it's lethal. Last effect of Wall is probably too much though.
If only they dubbed season 4 😭

I’m probably the only person on planet earth that cares that antidote nurse is getting printed…even though I thought it already had (damn duel links using anime only cards got me confused)
Now animation Chronicle give us the statue deck from zexal so I have new red-eyes support. That or give us red-eyes support. It's the year of 2400 dragon and fujiwara was a friend of a red-eyes user and it's one of the two only decks clear dueled against
I hope they retrain Clear Vice Dragon and Clear World
Give dragon battle protection, forcing opponent's monster to attack it, and the double ATK works even if attacked, not just by attacking
As for the field spell, remove the maintenace cost, and for the attribute based effects, i don't want them to be so OP cuz of the Con.Spell's 3rd effect, so i'll just leave them as it is
Oh also, "Clear Honest" pls konami
There is Dark Honest which works with the Clear monsters. I don't know what else you could give Honest to make it special in the Clear Archetype.
20 years later and i still DON’T have Valon’s Armor Deck. Machine Duplication would def be banned😂
It's very cool but we don't have protection for spell cards, if they are destroy, the deck become not so good 😅
