@@QuietPunch Seriously, though, great job with this product. As an apartment dweller without a gym to train at right now, I will be buying one of these soon. Thank you.
I have the Quiet Punch and love it. It's great for a small apartment. Thank you for reviewing it. It validates my purchase. I think you are great. I really enjoy watching and learning from you. I am 66 years old and have been boxing since my 20's. Love listening to your accent too. Keep up all the great content! 🥊
This is a very interesting piece of equipment. Perhaps going forward the company behind it could maybe design the pad in such a way that you can do hooks and upper cuts. But as it stands right now. Clearly it’s going to give you a serious workout. Thanks Tony 👍
You can't imagine how much that'll help, cuz my exams i had to leave the boxing gym for 3 weeks and now i'm at home still got 2 more weeks ,Thank you soo much (mate?)
I got one for a friend and he loves it. I'm a cheapo and made my own using shower curtain rods bungees and a wall mount punching pad. The real cool thing is the punch tracker. I might buy one from quiet punch and attach it to the pad.
Haven't been on SM in a while and really happy seeing Tony Jeffries reviewing the quiet punch. I still have my OG white QP purchased right before the pandemic. It was bought on a whim and between the QP and the helpful videos from Tony Jeffries and Glen Holmes I have managed to get my cardio box sweat in for over two years now. I'll never be in a ring but I def love boxing and the skills that come with always learning. Wishing you well Tony and the QP crew! I think I might need to order the new bag with tracker, my OG one is on its last legs haha
The door or wall is the issue. Some people punch with hands not above shoulder and fists with downward bias. Lower quadrant preloading for shoulder and fist. Waist height for height adjustments. Torso angles for angle adjustments. Something like that.
Just did it in 6:24. Love this thing, it works like a double-end bag, and you can nail it. For me, it does exactly what I want which is timing and conditioning. I've wanted a punch tracker since I saw Joe Calzaghe use one back before the Hopkins fight.
Hello, Tony…..I have always wanted to box 🥊. I am 56 years old and about to buy 2 pairs of Hayabusa gloves, Headgear, Hand Wraps, Shoes and Shorts. I went on UA-cam to look at boxing training videos and watched your training video as well as this one of you promoting the “Quiet Punch” and your quote “Dah, that’s why it’s called “Quite Punch”. I laughed so hard. I love your accent. You will definitely be my trainer as my journey begins. “QUITE PUNCH” should be happy at you promoting their product. This will be a new journey for me as I have wanted to box 🥊 from my teenager days. It is expensive to belong to a boxing 🥊 gym and this will definitely get me started with all the free apps. I will definitely be watching all your training and promotional videos. I have subscribed to your channel. Take care, mate (as they say in your land:have a FRIEND from there). Will send pictures of my gear and the “QUITE PUNCH” once I recieve them. Not sure if I can on UA-cam. Is there a format I could send them to? Looking forward to my journey with my trainer (ROCKY:YOU) 😂🥊🏁
I was looking into the quiet punch bag the other day. I use the BAS body action system which helps me with my forms greatly. BTW, you punch faster than the Flash brother..lol....Have safe weekend mate!!
Just came across your channel, Tony and loving it! I've always wanted to learn boxing but never had a gym nearby. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us!
It looks like a great specialty bag. I mean I have heavy bag and I wouldn't exchange it.... But it takes up a whole room and maybe one day my daughter doesn't want to sleep in a gym.
Very easy to make it. Just two pull up bars, some springs or elastic bands plus something to hit (or just we can just use a cheap speed ball - already has elastic bands. It will be even better for hooks and uppercuts than this flat thing in the video)
I personally think that I would love this because I live in an apartment building, and obviously I can’t really have a bag or anything like that so that would definitely be helpful
If there is any way possible to hang a double end bag instead it’s 100% better and cheaper. You can also make a reaction bag for less than $20 with a volleyball, some pvc pipe, duct tape and a wood base.
For everyone talking about the lack of hooks and uppercuts...perhaps a seasoned boxer can connect consistently with hooks and uppercuts on pads/targets, but I'd imagine more than a few amateurs would slam their fists into the doorway molding, or even the door, trying to use this equipment for those punches, if they didn't have the accuracy down on those more technical punches. For what this offers (speed and endurance development, along with some power and distance development), it seems like a great value.
Definitely alot of ingenuity in this, and a great solution for traveling, etc But should not become the primary or even secondary option for hitting workouts.... the lack of lateral space, and lack of a "body" target will definitely start to affect your combo sequences and lateral footwork With enough space, I'f rather use a jab ball, or a loose tennis ball and any wall, or ceiling mounted double end bag/cobta reflex bag Or just go outside and shadow
That this is as good as punching the air or water and those are even quieter. To truly be a silence puching bag the bag needs to withstand a lot of impact and not absorb the majority of it while being silence.

This is a cool idea. Does the tracker show how hard you hit, or just the count? (Obviously I'm too lazy to go search the website). I'm fortunate in that I hate both my neighbors and my family, so nothing better than hitting the heavy bag around 5:30. Just kidding. This product looks like a nice way to get a quiet workout in.

I'm confused at the amount of people who use gloves on any bags, heavy or not. Maybe I'm just of that age where we thought getting out knuckles tougher was useful in martial arts. In 37 years of martial arts I have only ever popped a knuckle out once, I have never broken any bone in my hand. Go figure

I have a question. Which is better, a boxing club or boxing gym especially if you want to become an amateur boxer and begin your boxing career?
Nice but you can only use for Jab punches.😔
The elastic bungee cord keeps breaking on mine.
But I thought making so much noise that I got into fights with my neighbors was the "sparring" part of the home workouts? 😂

As it is, it's useless for uppercuts and hooks. Simply change the bag shape to where it pertrudes more so you can get the angle to do those punches.
