Here in Italy, every year we must do an assessment with a doc that verifies your health based of the work you do. Can be pretty simple (if you work in an office all day) or detailed (if you do an heavy work) and the doc always before start asks you lot of thing about your health in that moment. Thank you!!!

One small suggestion on something you probably don’t realize is the frequent use of the phrase “go ahead”. For example, instead of saying I’m going to go ahead and check the other side, you would simply say I’m going to check the other side now. This particular video only has a few instances but in others it is quite frequent so I find that instead of relaxing into the moment I am waiting for that phrase, therefore missing out on the total immersive experience that you are so very good at.

Finding one nit in my household warrants a full-stop, all-hands-on-deck effort to turn the house inside out, stopping just short of throwing all the bedding, clothes, and kids' plush toys into an atomic bonfire. 😖 This seems like a much more peaceful experience!
Schools are notorious for lice. But we know the lice didn’t come from the war he wore that awesome double breasted navy suit he wore too, but may have come from his recent trip to Salt Lake City. TSA Hannah is thorough but can’t stop lice from making it onto a plane. Some fellow airline passengers can be grody. But Jeremy has the best nurse in the world to get rid of the lice because no one is more thorough than Nurse Hannah, and her assistant Nurse Chili.
