Why did we start this channel? I've struggled with resting and dealt with anxiety for my entire life. This channel is part of my journey to better sleep. Here's what we're currently using on our sleep journey (note some of these links may be affiliate links to help support the channel).

What gets me is the sound of the coat, the clicking, the breathing and how you don’t try too hard to make it asmr. You let the sounds just flow. Nothing over exaggerated 💕
Yes!! It makes me really uncomfortable when people start tapping the mic and you can here them swallowing etc, it’s so forced! Where as this just flows beautifully and makes it feel like it’s my scalp getting scratched 😌
@@m_mac4598 totally agree. Excessively tapping bottles with nails is also a pet peeve for me in asmr. Hannah keeps it so natural, it's refreshing 🥰

I fully agree with this. I dislike the ones who make exaggerated lip smacky type noises
I find myself coming back to watch this video at least once every few days. It's just so good. Even when I just need to calm my anxiety down and not necessarily go to sleep...it really helps
Thank you for taking out the middle ads, they’ve spoilt many an asmr vid for me. I play them a lot at night, especially when I can’t sleep and the ads often blare out, potentially upsetting my neighbours. 🙈

the fast talking, in a gentle tone, explaining things that im too entranced and sleepy to follow, this is my favourite type of asmr cause it mimics real life experiences so well

Most asmr vids don’t give me the same calming effects others experience, so I quit watching a lot of them. Soft sounds tend to irk me worse than louder ones.
But your vids I’ve noticed are a perfect mix of the two. Not overly soft and not too loud, so thank you.

There’s no copyright to any of these role plays several asmr channels have been using these techniques 10 years plus so nobody’s copying her she may be the one who is copying

I would be so peeved if 3 minutes into my appointment my doctor started insinuating that I should probably wear some chapstick 😭😭😭 but seriously, this video is so good. I literally cannot sleep without asmr, but I have pretty bad misophonia so it eliminates a lot of options and makes it difficult to find channels that actually help instead of irritate. I'm so lucky to find this channel.
