FABULOUS! I've been there and YES! I had 14 "walk away" years (from age 12 - 26), that included so much of what you described in this song...and way more. From the day I turned around and GAVE UP to the God who was standing right there with me all along, who had never left ME, and who was holding out his beckoning arms for me, that I FINALLY ran back into, I have never gone back to that life of a loser and a terribly lonely and lost person.
