Watching these trailers is a great time to be a fan of their games 😄 I remember seeing a trailer for showing “Kassandra” in for Odyssey as she is the canon character for that game while for Mirage, it has a character name Basmin that you encounter him during Valhalla. @@Ghost_R4cc00n I was always a big fan of the ancient egyptian times. I visited Egypt, wandered around the ruins and climbed around the Pyramids before playing Origins. Playing the game shortly after visiting all the places in real was huge. Wandering through the temple of Karnak in all its glory after wandering through the real one was mind blowing. The gameplay trailers are all really well done as well. I still remember watching the Assassin's Creed 2 - Gameplay Trailer from 2009 featuring the song Genesis by Justice and being so hyped for that as a 9 year old who loved AC1. There's no one video with all the gameplay trailers together but if you look up an Assassins Creed game and just put Gameplay trailer after it you should be able to find them all. This is just more along the lines of showcasing the actual games as the CGI trailers are only there to showcase the setting and the main character.
Mirage plays on Valhalla. Basim was an important side character in Valhalla and now we play his story in Mirage = going back to the beginning. The creators said in a trailer breakdown video, "this [Mirage] is the very beginning of the end of the hidden ones". This will likely be the most "assassin like" Assassin's Creed we've seen in years! I think it will also be like Valhalla and Odyssey in terms of the mythology (linked with Gods). Very exciting nonetheless! You guys should watch the short trailers for Codename Red (based in Japan on Shinobi) and Codename Hexe (speculation based in Germany on Witches?), I feel they'll be more like Odyssey and Valhalla also but look very intriguing!
Basim is first introduced in Assassin's Creed Valhalla and he plays a major role as a side character in that. He was my favourite in that one so I was so happy when I heard he was the main character of the next game. And the reason you didn't get any "hooded" vibes from Odyssey is because the Hidden Ones haven't been made yet. Bayek and Aya lay the foundation of the Brotherhood in Origins, and Valhalla as well as Mirage continue with the "Hidden Ones" name for Assassins. Odyssey is basically introducing Aya's ancestor Kassandra (though the trailer shows the brother) and introducing the whole Isu bloodline thing. Kassandra has a high concentration of Isu genetics which makes her the ideal person to explore the "Ones that came before". I'm assuming it's around the time of the crusades that they change their names to Assassins because it's originally an Arabic word.
The thing I really liked at the end of Mirage is they brought back the old assassins creed theme song. Also crazy thing is is the story between Valhalla and Mirage.
They really did lose their way with Odyssey and especially Valhalla, but Mirage is looking like it's gonna put my OG childhood franchise back on top, it looks just like the first game, similar settings, all the old tenets of the Brotherhood and the symbolic sacrifice of the finger. We gonna see how the Hidden Ones become the Assassins. As a fun fact the Assassins cut their ring fingers off both symbolically and to make room for the hidden blade when it fully extends, they don't know the true origin. In the Egyptian game, Origins the MC, Bayek cuts his finger off with a makeshift hidden blade on accident while killing his target. At the end of the game when he starts the Hidden Ones who will later become the Assassins he makes it a tradition because he was embarrassed about what happened and wanted to make it look intentional. From B.C ancient Egypt all the way to the 1400s AD Assassins kept the tradition until Assassin's Creed 2, where Leonardo Di Vinci fixes the design flaw in the blade so that Ezio doesn't have to lose the finger. From here on they only burn the finger to keep the tradition.
I am hopeful for mirage to return to it's roots in the trailer it brings up the original creeds tenants which were the main focus of the first ever games story. The last few games did not feel like we were assassin's, we were vikings and demigods, mirage might be better but only time will tell

I figured Odyssey wasn't included in the compilation because it was a gameplay trailer and not a cinematic trailer a small but clearly important distinction to the creator of the compilations XD. Odyssey is the one game in the franchise other than Valhalla (I haven't played it) that I couldn't get through. Something about felt cartoony. I cant quite explain how or why either. I love Greek history and mythology but the game just missed me. Mirage trailer is sublime, I've seen it too many times to count. Another very concise and descriptive trailer that adds to the lore and intrigue of Assassins Creed! Love you lads keep the reactions coming! :)
i have no idea if there are trailers for it, but you should have a look at the atlantis DLC for AC Odyssey. It leans less towards real ancient greece and more towards the gods (specifically Persephone, Hades and Poseidon.)
I'm shocked bro knows some arabic at the end, lol. and if you look carefully, the mirage logo is written in arabic,, it's read "al makhfi" which means the hidden one.
I think one of the most frustrating things about these games was how the advertising always gave focus to the male character choice of the game, even when they were not the canon pick. Syndicate gives Evie (one of two main characters, Jacob's twin sister) almost no advertising whatsoever, despite being just as important and arguably more compelling a character. Odyssey advertises Alexios as the main character, despite the canon "Mysthios" being Kassandra, her also being the most commonly picked by the player-base. And Eivor from Valhalla was also canonically female, but again, the advertising focuses on the non-canon male version. Apparently one of the higher ups at Ubisoft at the time was convinced that a female-led AC game wouldn't sell, and the actual writers had to fight tooth and nail just for their inclusion. Luckily I think there's been a regime change in that respect, so maybe it'll be better in future.
The thing is, the ad you see is one of a dozen that are all sample tested on a control panel. They show the ads to various volunteers (people taken randomly to represent target audiences), and then discuss the ad with these people to collect their toughts on them. The ad you see is the ad that works best on average. The public may not be ready for a female-led advert campaign. At least not to the extent they need to sell the game.
For some context on the setting for AC Mirage, it's set in the city of Baghdad of the Abbasid Caliphate 9th century AD during the time of the "Islamic Golden Age" where Baghdad was the largest, most populated, most diverse and most advanced city in the world. Think of it as the city of New York or London we have today basically. In short, it's the perfect setting for an AC game and also a good chance for many people to learn about this often overlooked time period in history of the Middle East.
Me too! It was the most emotionality invested I was to a main character in the AC franchise. But I always say, Valhalla isn't an Assassin's Creed game, it's a Viking game
Origins is the start of the creeed, odyssey was the father of origins where there was no assassin's, valhalla had assassin's but he mixed it into his viking culture and mirage comes back to the roots of assassin's creed
The fact that these bros can tell AC lost thier way and that Mirage is the return to the roots says alot!! Try it out bros!!! & Netflix is currently working on a series for AC. Stay tuned!!!!
The fact that even non Assassin's Creed players see the essence of having an actual assassin in an AC game just shows how badly we need Mirage. If Ubisoft wants to make a new IP for non Assassins I would still buy it but it just really annoys me when they make a game that has nothing to do with Assassins and call it Assassin's Creed. Origins was my last favorite AC game. I enjoyed Valhalla too but it's not really an AC game in my opinion. I just hope Mirage is what really the fans expect it to be
I still have to play Valhalla but I wasn't a big fan of the open world style of the last 3 games so hyped for mirage and a return to true assassin's... you should check out the trailer for assassin's creed liberty
Origins as its titled is the origins of the "assassin order". Odyssey is actually set 400 years before that hence why there very little directly connecting the game. Odyssey is a good game in a lot of ways but the length of it is a bit much and the optional dialogue felt kinda pointless (which they kept in Valhalla sadly). The game has some great moments if you can grind through it or if your particularly into AC overall or Greece... Otherwise people could easily skip it, Valhalla was worse imo... The story didnt even grip me but maybe ill give it another go for the 3rd or 4th time 🥲
I couldn't agree more origins story felt relevant to the other games origins, odyssey felt like a different franchise and valhalla (I can't actually remember the plot that much 😅)
If you guys havent heard of Måneskin i recommend giving them a listen to. Italian band that have been smashing it of recent after they won Eurovision 2 years back (i dont really watch euro)
2:29 an other comment makes a good point about this being a different type of trailer, but they could have just been hating on the game as Odyssey is a lot of people least favorite AC game, though i think it might be better than Valhalla (the viking one).
Odyssey is fun to play but is Assassin's Creed in name only really. It doesn't really fit into the overall story of them all. Val Halla tries to get back into it a little but doesn't do a great job of it but again, is fun to play. I'm hoping the new one will truly get back into the story and game strategy.
I've always thought that if they just named it "Odyssey" and kept the AC name and connections out of it, it would have been pretty beloved, because it's fun as hell and one of the most gorgeous looking games I've ever played. Black Flag was my introduction to the franchise (I got my PS4 specifically to play Fallout 4, and grabbed a used copy of Black Flag to play the couple weeks before Fallout dropped and instantly fell in love with it; but since I never played the originals I'm not as deep into the lore but still appreciate it), so I can understand why the about face to making the series more like Witcher 3 ruffled some feathers. That said, Origins is probably my favorite video game of all-time, so that one certainly stands out even though it's not a classic AC style game. (I liked Valhalla a lot, too, but like with Odyssey, I understand why purists of the franchise were put off by it.)
I’m just gonna say odyssey doesn’t have any actual assassins unless u get one of the dlc where there is an assassin but he isn’t even a playable character

Origins was my last favorite AC game. I enjoyed Valhalla too but it's not really an AC game in my opinion. I just hope Mirage is what really the fans expect it to be
I still have to play Valhalla but I wasn't a big fan of the open world style of the last 3 games so hyped for mirage and a return to true assassin's... you should check out the trailer for assassin's creed liberty
the moment you recite "'a'auzubillahiminashaytani rajim" when you saw djinn. acurate.
I Recommend the Batman Arkham cinematic trailers or Star Wars the Old Republic & if you do the Latter in order 2 understand the stories.
The main character basim is a character you meet at the beginning of assassin's creed valhalla
And who that demon is they saw Yould have to play valhalla to find out as its big spoilers
The creature at the end was djinn. And Djinn are considered real. Specially in Arab world. At least they didn’t add out of reality like ragnarok
Masha Allah, can't wait for the new one
nah man you missed the Ac Valhalla Dawn of Ragnarok trailer, one of the most fire of them all
Now you just have to watch all the story trailers for the games!! :D
Y’all gotta check out the uncharted series. I don’t remember what the trailers were like but the games were so good
6:18 best part
Odyssey was actually released before Valhalla
Great reaction you should jump onto the witcher and diablo trailers
Everything but Watch Dogs Legion where it was a dlc with a woman in the UK working with the hackers against Albion.
React to More of Assasins Creed Odyssey Trailer with all its DLC content aswell
Origins as its titled is the origins of the "assassin order". Odyssey is actually set 400 years before that hence why there very little directly connecting the game.
Odyssey is a good game in a lot of ways but the length of it is a bit much and the optional dialogue felt kinda pointless (which they kept in Valhalla sadly). The game has some great moments if you can grind through it or if your particularly into AC overall or Greece... Otherwise people could easily skip it, Valhalla was worse imo... The story didnt even grip me but maybe ill give it another go for the 3rd or 4th time 🥲
I couldn't agree more origins story felt relevant to the other games origins, odyssey felt like a different franchise and valhalla (I can't actually remember the plot that much 😅)
There IS an assassin creed movie if yall wanna take a look at that also i think you guys would like Combat Gods 1 and 2.
React to all Bioshock Trailers, including dlc trailers please.
Are you going to play all the games? I would love to see what you guys think of the game after watching the trailer and playing.
If you guys havent heard of Måneskin i recommend giving them a listen to. Italian band that have been smashing it of recent after they won Eurovision 2 years back (i dont really watch euro)
valhalla could be one of the best assassin's creed game if it wasn't an assassin's creed game
React to the Halo game trailers
Assassin's Creed Valhalla Dawn of Ragnarok has a pretty good trailer...
Where is previous parts?
w video
Pls react to rainbow six siege operators they are very good 👍🏾
I love that even these guys who haven’t played the games, know that assassins creed lost its way
I’m just gonna say odyssey doesn’t have any actual assassins unless u get one of the dlc where there is an assassin but he isn’t even a playable character
Wait! you know Arabic?!
Not exactly, I just know some words and sentences lol
“I seek refuge in God from the outcast Satan”
that's what he said
@@The_Modern_Nomads lol ok
@@IsmailMohammed06 it's when he said "uskut"
are you guys Muslims?
Yeah
Odyssey wasn’t in the video because it’s trash and it has no assassins in it
Dont get it wrong .The newest Rpg Assassins Creed games (Odyssey, Valhalla, Origins) that dont follow the OG Assassins Creed Style are impressive GREAT Games. They are overwhelmingly good. - For a Game. But unfortunately not for an Assassins Creed.
