Filipina's FIRST TRY making Jackfruit jam. But does HE like it?

So, I put mine's into my blender with half a cup of water on smoothie. I then put it into a pot to boil for 45 minutes and strained it for jelly. It's very delicious!!!!!!!

I just made the jackfruit jam. I added both lemon juice and ginger to it, delicious. Next time you make it try adding those and see the difference.
