The final episode brings back Miles Kane and his band, and a second appearance from The Mysterines joining Paul’s band, with vocalist Lia Metcalfe sharing vocal duties with Paul on his version of Dr John’s “Walk On Gilded Splinters”.
Miles Kane's new song is killer
Agreed - a fantastic track - for me closer to the style of the songs on the 'Colour of the Trap' album which is one of greatest albums of all time for me (along with a few of Weller's of course ;))
Lia has an effortlessly unique voice that is all her own, I really really like....and the Splinters track was just great, so many layers, was so cool....thank you and look forward to more BBS and more Mysterines.
There's something so special about the song "I walk on Gilded Splinters" great revamp again. God bless Dr.John
Looks like the other part of the mysteries love the role they were given during that song.
fucking genius
Another Weller classic! I love how it builds into this groovy chant. Nice guitar work.
Well, that was rather good.
Love it...Gilded Splinters a perfect song to ‘jam’ to...great performances all round.
Steve Cradock 😎
Love these sessions, short and sweet. Nice to see Ronnie O'Sullivan branching out. I didn't know he was so talented!
Awesome as usual 🇬🇧🏴👍🏻😎
The Black Barn must be freezing cause that's way too cool
Loving these videos!
Dr John! So rare to hear that unmistakable N'orleans cajun rythum Thank you.
I'm loving these sessions 🎸🎶🤗
Bit late to the party here, but great collaboration, knocking Splinters out the park
Brilliant PW
Top cat is on form again in his magic barn.
Hello Paul.
Any chance of slipping an acoustic solo rendition of 'In The City' into the next
Barn session?
Best,
William
