Makes too much sense. That’s been the theme since AP arrived. Horn fits the Commander profile at CB - size, production (when healthy), dawg mentality. He needs a change of scenery. A perfect match here in DC. A 4th & 7th should get it done, AP will do the numbers so it makes sense for us. Shit, maybe throw Forbes in that bitch lol
The biggest reason this makes sense is because of Mikey Sainristil. He’s getting valuable lessons on the Autobahn, but he’s out of position. They WANT/NEED Mikey back in the slot. He’s a dawg when’s down in LOS.

I think if he fits DQ and Joe Witt and feel that they can get more out of him, why not? If he’s a fit and can significantly help this team that’s already firing off well, let’s do it!

@@CarsonDurham-vl1bw that's why it's called a negotiation. I am not of the mind that we're going all in on any of the free agent hypes that are out there. Our high picks are critical to Peters and Quinn. Getting there guys in at a young age and a cheaper contract short-term will allow him to build a winner theoretically because we haven't won anything yet, but I am confident we will

The defense's development is definitely behind the offense, but they're improving every week. Peters is developing this team to be a powerhouse for years. Whatever he decides, you've got to trust. He got a left tackle in the 3rd round. The other rookies are also making contributions. This team has great team chemistry right now, it would have to be a steal of a deal for Peters to consider screwing with that. Should be interesting.
If we gotta trade draft capital- a CB or an Edge Rusher is the move. Horn is only 24 also- I don’t want ANY player over 27

I would love to see horn in a wsh uniform, as well. That injury worry could also slow down cus there are instances where an injury prone playe goes to a new team and is t really injury prone anymore and vice-versa

Forbes just had an operation on his thumb a few weeks ago, so I think they are bringing him back slowly. I think they are still developing their own players now. So, barring injuries, they will continue to work with what they have.
The health factor is real... down the stretch every teams depth will be tested... I would like to see us add some OL, CB and some WR depth... I like our Squad though! Keep Rollin!

I'd give consider third round for horn - the pick we got for Jahan. A #1 CB is worth it, even with the injury history. But to give up a 4th, I wouldn't blink.

I never thought we were gonna be rebuild this season. Quinn said something on the lines of restructure before the season. Our defense needs that specifically DB’s. Horn would be a perfect piece. St. Juste is competent, Forbes is looking like a bust, Mikey S is our slot, and the guy who’s name I can’t spell is average. We need opposing WR scared and that’s not the case right now.
