I've got the same motor but can I suggest that because it is a high torque/low speed motor used a lot for lifting people in hoists etc if you had rigged the motor to the front pedal sprocket you would then have all the gears to go faster on the flat and the grunt to get you up the steepest of hills.

Thanks for not building it to go stupid fast. Looks like a good speed to cruise to the store for a soda and enjoy the scenery.
Great to get it to work. You could even leave the original chain on and use the limit screws on the rear derailleur to keep them from interfearing. Maybe the wiper motor with its huge reduction ratio has a lot if torque but little speed so it could drive the 12 on the cassette instead leaving the bigger ones for pedalling. Or lead a much longer chain in a triangle to run the three chainwheels all in one go. I did.

That's good idea wonder how long the motor will last without burning up under certain stress and gotta watch that sprocket not to get caught in it.

Bueno mi estimado muchos videos aquí sin solo perdida de dinero y de tiempo ese motor es de eleva cristal de auto si te diste cuenta cuando conecto la batería 🔋 giraba muy poco la carga debe de ser 12 volts de esa pila o 18 volts son motores que tienen escobillas por lo tanto podrá servir por un rato más no por mucho tiempo ⏲️ y por otro lado el calor de la soldadora puede afectar el bobinado
Hay mucho engaño por eso lo mejor es comprar comprar las ruedas que traen el motor integrado y que están hechas para tal fin y dejarse de engaños
Hay también patinetas con buen desempeño y que caben dónde quiera y por un buen costo y dejarse de patrañas no gasten tiempo y dinero .

As I watch I'll plant a few seeds on e-bikes. Building your own or buying one for a build the BATTERY is the heart of the build. Don't be afraid to use those batteries from electrical tools in the market. They produce up to 4000w output. (eGo lawnmower use 2000w motor and batteries are designed to run it by twice it's Amp pull load) Way more than an e-bike legal build would need. However you never have to worry about lagging behind as the regular e-bike battery may do. If it only is designed for a 1000w kit it won't supply more than 1000w thru the BMS. Mating two batteries at the same time? Sure. Why not. But better yet the platform offers a 28ah backpack battery. WHEEEEE
i had thought electric drill batteries from harbor freight, cheap to buy, quick to charge and if you could modify a drill battery charger for where the battery goes on the bike, you just made it super quick to swap for a fresh one

Seria uma boa ideia, se as baterias fossem ligadas em paralelo, o que daria mais autonomia e não sobrecarregaria o motor, que é de 12 volts. Já com as baterias em série, como pude observar, você estará alimentando um motor de 12 volts, com uma tensão de 36 volts, o que acarretará na queima irremediável do motor.

Что-то приваривать к раме велосипеда - это полный пипец.
Ещё СССР и когда был совсем мелким делал веломобили.
Все рамы только латунью с бурой паял.
Не зря же они все так были спаяны.
Тут нужно было треугольник на хомутах под седло делать и на него двигатель крепить, но только не варить.
Коробка для аккумуляторов-просто слов нет)))
И то же приварил! Вибрации и шума, как на мотоцикле...
Смысла в таком "электро"велосипеде, практически ноль!
К тому же цепь- то перекидывать надо, чтобы на электротяге ехать и при этом педали не крутились! Короче: дикий пиздец, отстой и колхоз! Лучше подкопить и заводской купить, они уже не такие дорогие!

That's why you need a larger gear on the motor and small gear on the other side of the wheel. So it's still a bicycle you can pedal when you short the batteries against the metal box or run out of juice. Or just put it on the front. There's already too much going on in the rear. But you still are way ahead of me. And I'm still impressed good work Sir 👏 👌.
