- After hours of running and hiding from Vlad it's time to take the fight to him with the power of fire. I soon learn the risks of this new weapon and discover that Vlad has friends of his own.

Not all androids are hostile,
Red eyes= hostile
White eyes= non-hostile
However, if you fire at non hostile androids they consider you a threat and become hostile
PopcornEgg he knows... that's kinda without saying.
I've played through the campaign at least 4 times and never caught on to the eyes showing if they're hostile. Cool detail and thanks for pointing it out

@@charzardking0199 doesn't always matter. Sometimes they will still be hostile with white eyes if you're in an area you shouldn't be. A lot of the ship becomes restricted and they will then be hostile to Ripley
@@ryanlewington6 If they are hostile, they will have red eyes. Some are default hostile, such as the ones in the communications terminal, since APOLLO's directive is to disallow external transmissions. Others may become hostile if they see you accessing a computer.

Player: "Why, man?! There's an alien right there! Lemme go!"

I lost my shit when the android randomly turned on him and working with the alien
the android was harmless initially (the white eyes). however when he used the flamethrower, the flame touched the android so it turned hostile(the red eyes)

@@mhplayer Nah they only really care if they get hit by you. Just pulling out a weapon doesn't trigger them

Lmfao! That ending was so good! All that build up of tension as you sneak along trying to get to your destination. After hiding in a locker you finally get the chance to move and turns out the Droid is friendly. You let your guard down, immediately after Vlad drops down and pure chaos and flames erupt! So good

I hate the gamer talking, because they always mention inane stuff like "I love SPACE!!!...blah blah blah". They don't know how to shut their trap and play a HORROR game...QUIETLY. The texts are far better, and pithy to boot.
@Scorpion - GET OVER HERE!!!! This playthrough and Gopher's are my favorites. Gopher's commentary really sounds like he is the character and never takes me out of the atmosphere
@@eclecticmusafir I am certain that you are referencing Markiplier there, and there is a very big reason that he loves space, watch his video "why I love space". Also, as someone who grew up playing 8-bit puzzle games on clunky computers, he'd be excited by such well rendered graphics, like the space station and the orange glow from the gas giant illuminating space. If you weren't referencing Markiplier, then please ignore this.

Had a genuine laugh at the end of the video. Also, in case anybody still reads this, the Alien cannot hear you enter/exit lockers, or use the torch. It's by design, so don't worry about it too much if you're in a pickle. The time it takes to burn through a seal is a much more important factor.

Idk how you're able to play the game, I was too scared to do anything 😆 Way too stressful to the point it wasn't fun for me. I got as far as the first elevator section and was like nope, my heart can't take this 🤣🤣 time to stop playing. I might have played more if you could actually kill the alien or at least fight back more. Plus I like to explore every inch of a game and this is not the game for leisurely strolls.
So now I just watch you play the game instead 🤣🤣🤣 no stress and funny commentary to boot 👍👍
