Yay, good for her. Glad she's a pilot if it makes her happy. One question though, what do her looks have to do with it? Why mention she's beautiful? So what? Would you say that if she was a man?
Is she beautiful? Yes. Is she a pilot? Yes. Did she land a plane? Yes.

I know what you are getting at, but maybe it's you who is on the wrong side of this? What is actually wrong with saying it's about a beautiful woman, when factually it is?
The reason you wouldn't say "man lands a plane" is because 95% of pilots are male. So it's implied with "pilot". Why not celebrate a minority?
@@jamesfoo8999, I'm pretty surprised in today's world that you or anyone else defends misogyny anylonger. It's ok to mention that she's female because most pilots are men, as you said. What's not ok is to remark on her looks. What does beauty have to do with it? I would bet you a million dollars that if you asked this woman pilot, she'd say that her looks make no difference about whether she can land this plane. Instead, I'd describe her as competent, skilled, well-trained, confident. Those are the adjectives used to describe good pilots, not beauty.

I had a friend who was a 30 year L1011 captain back in the 80's whe women were just coming to the airlines. The first time he sat in the left seat with a female in the right seat. He looked at her and said: "Don't touch a goddamed thing just sit there." He was old school and hated females getting into flying.

It's always interesting to me that during these landing videos, the pilot looks almost exclusively at the instruments until just before touchdown, even in clear weather.
I'm sure you know the answer already, but in case you don't, it is to keep the aircraft descending along the precise glide slope and track and at the correct airspeed. A quick glance at the runway will confirm what they know from the instruments. Even in small aircraft the pilot's attention is divided between airspeed and the appearance of the runway.
Yeah, the creator of the series appears to think using gender bias in the title of the video series adds more viewership value than saying “handsome pilot and beautiful co-pilot” or some gender neutral variation of the title. It’s the old “irritate the viewer” advertising trick to catch our attention which is a shame because the content of the video is interesting and worth watching………on second thought, my suggested title may run into trouble with the UA-cam censors.
