    This method is so much easier then trying to do EMI with eyes closed. To my surprise, it is just as effective. I went from a teary-eyed emotional 10 down to a calm serene 2 by the end of this video. Thank you very much for sharing.

    Think I would want empirical, and consistently replicated evidence of these assertions.

    For all the patterns, do you keep trying to invoke the feeling you're trying to get rid of?

    🏆The Insta reel you posted today is gold and thank you for this video🙏Up until now I had only heard about EMI 🙌 After going through these exercises once I can already feel an unlocking to my current dilemma around breaking up and getting back together😅Work in progress😇

    Thanks Clayton. in general really clear, just the 4th and 5th motions weren't clear to me. You said they were like an X, but it looks like actually, in the 4th one from Vr to Ac to Ad. Is that right? and is that one sequence along which you go back and forth? 5-8times and then switch to the other < ? and in the last one it seems like the top of the V is Vc and then down to a midpoint at the bottom and up to Vr? is that one sequence or two? and then from K up to top midpoint and down to Ad?

    Isn't this just an adaptation of EMDR?

    • @DmitryKuznetsov-o8w
      @DmitryKuznetsov-o8w 3 роки тому

      Nope) it is connected, but knowing the history of emdr I could say it is certainly not adoptation of emdr)

      K9 TV:
      IEMT taught by Matt Kendall at The PhotoSynthesis Centre in Tooley Street, London.
      Google him.
      He does a 2 day training which will teach you this.
      I’ve just been on it & I would recommend it.
      IEMT stands for Integral Eye Movement Therapy.
      Started by Andrew T Austin but Matt Kendall has been doing this for almost as long as ANDREW & is very well qualified to teach it.
      Call him!!
      Also Google ANDREW T Austin & IEMT & also “Metaphors of Movement” another very useful therapeutic tool.

    The effect to cure the feeling is not permanent.

      It may be so. However, if you do this consistently for 6 months to a year for 10-15 minutes a day, your subconscious mind will eventually say: "yeah, whatever, I accept this new program as my reality." I know this for a fact 😀
