Pretty smooth rom & nice looking.So far i have 2 problems:messaging app crashes at random & third party browsers like firefox/maxthon crashes on heavy pages or more than 2 tabs open at once at random.

If you got battery symbol of no Responce Then Just Restore to original ROM
which you took back up first time ... if there is no backup install original frimware
So after this you can proceed for the video it works..

Mr. Ashvath, after following all the procedure to install Alien Ware ROM,when i reboot my tipo ,the logo of Sony appears and then the mobile gets switched off.....So what should i do??? obviously i have unlocked the bootloader also..So tell me what to do????

i have cm 10 instrolled but when i follow the steps and try to instrall,when i reboot my phone it displays freexperia and just goes blank
i am facing problems when using wifi hotspot or usb tethering on the phone. The internet connection is not build while using any of these.
But when we switch on the WI-FI , der's somethin like 0 kb/s comin on the status bar . ny solution ?? Nd what about WIDGETS .I need more widgets in my tipo ... Reply.. Quick !!
When i reboot the phone after flashing Alienware ROM V2 then it shows sony logo and battery logo then mobile gets closed.....why is that?

@bjen shah Yes yoy need to backup your pics / videos/ messages & contacts etc. And all your app details will be lost. Make a backup in your external SD card

I installed this ROM on my Sony Xperia Tipo ST21i (single sim) but I am facing some issues.
Pls help fix the following :
1. on the top left, there is a continue display about the data transfer rate. Where is it coming from (which app) and how do I change (enable/disable) that.
2. the mobile data indicator keeps showing 4G although I have a 3G plan on my phone. prior to rooting and installing this ROM, it used to show 3G or H or H+ on the original ROM when I enabled mobile data, but now, all i see is 4G.
how can i fix it to show 3G instead of 4G
3. when i press the button to switch off, i see an option which reads "reiniciar". How do I change it to show "restart". is it a language setting change or hard coded. I already have "english" set as the language on the phone but it shows reiniciar instead of restart. where is this written..
4. since the upgrade to this ROM instead of the original, some new apps have come up, and I can't associate certain file types to specific programs.. e.g. i would like to link mp3 to a specific app or movies to a specific player of my own choice but i am unable to do so. do i need to install / uninstall any specific app to define those associations.
5. if I want to remove the default included system apps that are not really required, which apps in this ROM are safe to remove and which are required for normal functioning... i basically want to only have my own choice apps for music/videos/chat/security/file explorer etc ... so which are safe to remove/replace with other apps and which apps are required as part of the CORE phone working.
6. i want to include my own song as part of ringtone list, but it does not show music from the ext sd card, only the internal storage. i need to go to the specific song through a file explorer and use options from the music player to include the song in the ringtone list otherwise it does allow directly to search and select a song from the settings interface.
sorry for loading you with so many questions. i am trying to make my phone easier to use, ....
right now, this upgrade is only causing me troubles as i cant get things to work "my way" rather i am dependant on how the phone chooses to work.

Hey bro! I have been using this ROM for a week now and from the past 3-4 days, whatsapp+ is continuously crashing on it. Please fix this. I'm not able to use whatsapp+ from the last 3 days which is very inconvenient.
i am unable to install Addon, while installing , it displays' " cant open and extract addon" and operation is terminated then.
Try re downloading the Addon again and then follow the process properly.

Hey do you know how to remove the logging in my phone?? My version is kernel version and whenmim typing its logging.. even if I download so much boosters it did not work on my phone . And even if I hard reset it its not working.. Do you know how to remove log in my phone in easy ways???

white rom have many issues contacts are loading too slow and when i try to make a call contacts are closing.apps are closing when i try to open it showing playstore error msg and they are taking long time to open.every time i have to restart my phone to get normal.better to avoid white rom.nw i have to try alienware rom.any one tell hw this rom is working.

CM11 is not yet a fully functional ROM so obviously you can go for Alienware out of these two ROM's.

Ashvath Poojary i was using alienware v2 rom earlier and found it had wifi issues. i was not able to go online with wifi on. it had connectivity issues. i then happened to see another video of urs related to v4 alienware thinking it to be the latest version addressing all the bug but only to my dismay to find it based on ics again not the 4.4 kitkat like the previous version. on xda forums

this is the only page for all the tipo and miro users and the post seems so confusing .there there is v6 and v7 yet to release. would it be compatible with my xperia tipo? kindly tell me which rom should i go for to have 4.4 kitkat based with all the bug addressed. or if u can find me a fix to tht wifi issue in v2, it would be great as well.
