Dual battery, two chargers, strong frame, good speed, totally fair price. I am glad I have one, and almost at 1700 KMS on the clock with zero issues. Okay almost zero, I had two flats. The only thing I need to do, is balance the tires, especially the front one. (Hi from Canada.)
I have six total e bikes now and this is my second favorite
You really know that you have " made it" as a u- tuber when all these companies start sending you merchandise to test out and recommend !
Congratulations !
There is definitely some truth to that
Mine is a Velotric Nomad, 4 in tires, fender’s, front and rear racks. $1500.00. Use every day. Love it.
I really like this one
@@FarmallFanatic going by initial use, do you like this one better than the 1st one ?
@@FarmallFanatic Oh by the way, Badger Steam and Gas Engine show featuring Red Power in August Show, this is a big show !
Red Power turn out is always huge ! Enjoy the Scenic drive to beautiful Wisconsin , if you can make it. Lots of information on internet.
@@dejaydavisson9938 Do they plow and do field work or just park the tractors in a parking lot?
@@FarmallFanatic Badger show has one area where the plow, depending on weather, but I would say that most tractors stay parked. They do lots of activity with steam engines and tractor belt power, like threshing, silo filling, rock crushing, etc. They have a big area where they demonstrate old earth moving equipment. There are hundreds of old gas engines, lawn mowers, chainsaw demonstrations , steam engines and a big flea market plus several buildings with blacksmithing demonstrations ,woodworking, stationary steam engines and old time house stuff like sewing machines, washing machines, spinning, etc, etc.
Most of the feature tractors are highly restored ,and may just go in the parade. August 18, 19, and 20, I know it's a ways out here , and maybe you have something similar in your area , but I think you'd enjoy it, plan on at least 2 days at show.
Thanks for answering my question about the bike, can a person really extend your legs, if you want to pedal, like a regular people power bike, given the weight, does it pedal hard without motor assistance ?
Thanks, I certainly enjoy your channel and the farmalls, that's what we had on the farm.
Interesting video 👍 certainly looks like a really well made unit and it handled the field well 💪👍
Is definitely a nice bike
On average you take the volts times the amps to get the watts and then divide that by 20 that will give you a good idea as to how far you can go. Most e-bikes use about 20 watts a mile now that depends on a lot of things terrain the weight of the rider but it's fairly close. I have been using e-bikes and gas bikes for over 20 years now and they are just an amazing form of transportation In fact they are my only forms of transportation. It's not so nice here in Illinois when it's snows but they still work and they are cheap to operate. Also I do absolutely love your videos and I think it's neat that you deviate just a little bit from your normal content but not really much because you're going to use these bikes on the farm. Your videos are about your red power but also about your farm so I think it works out perfect.
How long ,(years) do you think a battery lasts, with normal use, before needing replacement, and approximately how much does a new battery cost ?
That is a really good question man. I'm new at this e bike game but i'm guessing they run probably five hundred bucks
@@FarmallFanatic ok, so a person could get a spare battery to take on a longer road trip, to increase your range, I wonder if you could pull a little trailer behind containing the power pack, being charged by solar panels , to charge the bike battery ?
I looked on himiway site, they do seem like a pretty good bike, at least for more on road anyway. Thanks for answering my questions.
@@dejaydavisson9938 they make trailers for all these bikes
@@FarmallFanatic cool, I will have to check that out, seems there are dozens of companies making these bikes now, and it helps to have someone like yourself actually using them in real world situations and showing results. I think it's good for you to show other products or projects once in a while, that you think your viewers would be interested in.
I got one last summer. The new one with the knobby tires and 30Ah. They're a few hundred cheaper now, 9 months later. The new Scorpio model has taken its price slot. Last price I saw was $1499. A deal.
Yea and they're a decent bike
@FarmallFanatic I'm thinking of getting a second one just for the spare parts and extra batteries. 😆
BTW, Toolin around on my Gemini, I just found a Farmall tractor hidden away in a corner of my property. Looks like it's been abandoned there for a few years, but it doesn't appear to be an obvious basket case. Weird.
People never sell anything used around here. They either fix it or it just rots wherever it quits, whatever it is.
Just my opinion, I don't feel you need to apologize or explain anything about the videos you post. I personally enjoy the content you show. It is your channel and you choose the content. I appreciate you and your content. Keep on keepin on and I will see you in the next one. Ps. Real honest life is much more interesting to watch. Thanks.
Yeah I agree it just saves a lot of headache in the comment section... I've thought about walking a couple of times but haven't done it yet l o l
Well, like your tractors, it's always good to have options when it comes to work or transportation. If one acts up and needs maintainence, you have spares to work with.
Be good to your heart, when in level one turn the pedals, remember those joys of childhood on your bike. Your e-bike can help you get fit and live a longer healthier life. I ride mine and have a 85 mile range on a single charge always in level one ( my bike is a Cube Kathmandu EXC). Love the red videos, but nice to see the balance, use the pedals!
They are really cool to have on and off road
Saweeet FF, kinda resembles a HD Fatboy👍🏻b safe hoss💥🇺🇸💥
Love your “sides of a story”wisdom. In my experience, if three people are involved in a situation there are at least 4 sides of the story. The fourth one is usually the actual factual one.
Pretty much
Nice truck in background...Rams rock!
That looks like a fun bike to ride. Looked almost like you could do motocross on the thing and not bother your neighbors
I got that bike last summer. I live in a rural area and ride mostly on dirt roads. Got a suspension seatpost and Giddyup saddle right off, which made a HUGE difference.
But, It's very heavy. Not good in a lot of sand and deer DO hear them.
There are poorly maintained dirt roads here, (not just trails) that I won't ride on cuz I don't want to push it.
It is good for slow off road on relatively firm and unobstructed ground though and I love it nonetheless. Even got a trailer and a 3rd battery.
I think red power roundup will be neat since it's the 100 year anniversary of the farmall
Yea but CaseIH has their hands all over it
Any idea about battery life and replacement costs ? Looks shorter than the first one ...
This bike has two batteries and i'm sure it is entirely dependent on usage. I expect to get several years
@@FarmallFanatic very cool , I just found a video that explains a lot ( if interested I'll try to send a link )
That things pretty cool . I've looked into them before
Bike looks great but the delivery service from Fed-Ex sucks.
Here it's pretty good
Excellent video Gino :) also be nice see ride on night to and I check in these in CANADA 🇨🇦 to ! Funny part I am 6 foot 7 inches 185 pounds medium build and be nice know pick out colors want too !
It's got a weight rack that will mount on the studs on the headset for suitcase weights.
Lol
Hello I was wondering if you can help me I'm thinking about buying a fucare e bike . How do you like it is it well built. How is the service from the company thank you
The bike looks small, but it is very heavy framed. I would say a lot of it depends on what you plan on using it for... The customer service seems on point
@@FarmallFanatic thank you for the information I was worried about the service the most I'm going to use the bike to compute back and forth to work thanks again is it well built
Did you send the Hemiway back? Was it just a test model?
No I kept it
Let's do ...things 👍🏼
Nice bike. Enjoy the ride!
Yeah it is this is more like a buzz bike
Cool looking lil bike
Red Power 💪🏼❤
Lol... This one's a little more on the Gray side.
Have you started the new storage shed yet and also, why aren't you putting in crops? Just curious is all.
I will start using the antique equipment soon. My main focus right now is getting the MTA fixed.
i like the other one more.
Not sure if just by watching if I like this one or the other one better. They can send one to me to try out. 😂👍🍻🚨🚀💥🚜🔥
😆
How does it do on hills?
It's just like gearshift. I keep it on level 1 or 2 and I climb right up no problem.
Okay, this is not a Red! I would prefer spending my greens on a Red! LOL Keep up the great videos,
Only thing there is not a good place for a high quality cooler
They have a bunch of accessories on getting a saddle bag for it
Looks fun, but I wouldn't keep it anywhere near the collection, or house just in case it catches fire.
They don't just spontaneously catch fire... only when people don't follow the guidelines on charging the batteries
@@FarmallFanatic Still leary, just saying.
The plan is Half Century of Progress. Maybe run into you there.
I heard the place is a madhouse
@@FarmallFanatic Lots of golf carts. A lot going on. One day isn't enough.
@@williamsnipes7608 I'll probably stay for 2 days that should create about 4 videos.
Are you on the red power forums?
I mean sort of but i'm not in there everyday like some guys
@@FarmallFanatic👍👍👍 lots of good info on there
Yeah it's just a matter of having the time to be in there
I'm a 2 fiddy plusser. LOL!
Lol
Perfect for hunting
It's a fat boy bike for us fat boys.
😆
