Bought this two weeks ago. I got the White one, looks amazing. Upgraded the seat second day. I have allmost 200 miles on it now. I use it to go to work(8 mile round trip, 15 mins each way on perfect sidewalks, avg 18 mph). My longest ride was 25 miles. I bought this instead of a car and it is working out great. I have a super nice wind/rain suit so when it gets colder I will still be riding. I will not be riding in the rain or when the sidewalks are not clear or below 25f.
Update, now 550 miles. found a great route on 25 mph streets. Have ridden in the rain several times and the bike is ok. Bought a cold weather suit that is wind and water proof. Gonna ride this baby every day I can. now I ride 25 to 30 mph.
The plastic mud guards are a really nice touch here! Also since the bike is 36 kg, the push assist mode will definitely come in handy. It's good they thought of that! A really well rounded bike overall👍👍. Hydrolic brakes , as you adequately put it, should be present at this price point though. Another great review from you Chris! 👌 Thank you.
Plastic sure beats the metal ones that transmit noise and vibrations, chip and eventually rust. This bike was a pleasant surprise indeed. Just could do with Hydraulic brakes and it would be almost perfect for this style of bike.
I love the frame. Wish they sold it on it's own so I could put components of my choosing on it. I'd go for a 1000w Bafang, hydraulic brakes and a smaller display
I'm finally THAT guy who actually has one of the bikes I see in these videos lol. I can say you can be an absolute hooligan on this beast if so desired. I've been on literally every atv trail in a 30km radius and not a thing has loosened up in my month or so owning it. Well... The brakes 😅 the rear brake needs to be tightened up now lol. But hey, you saw the video. You heard the talk about the brakes. Other than that, not a single problem with it. Only complaint I have is the 52 tooth front sprocket will leave you ghost pedalling if you max out the unlocked speeds 🤷 ..good luck on your ebike journey señor
Thanks just saw your other comment. Yes the tightening up of the brakes is normal with cable pull as the cables tend to stretch out after a while. Yes the 52 tooth means top speed is around 32 km/h. I've not pushed mine or using it unlocked around here as it's 25km/h the limit. But really impressed by this ebike. Far better than I expected.
If the Fucare Libra for just 300.00 more, could offer a 30AMP version and hydraulic brakes (while maintaining all the best features of quality ) for just 1600.00, with the option to have another 30AMP LG cell battery for 700.00 (they could argably have the best value in Electric Bikes as of July 30, 2023) (even if the bike unlike the WildeWay) does not have a foldable feature.
@@Techtablets Please try and get a hold on your hands for the Wildeway I posted information on, this is a rather niche solution, for those under the 1500.00 budget level, but want longer range than the average 15 and 20 AMP choices, but also want one that is foldable, They also have a physical Southern California address. They're biggest weakness just looking at specs alone is that they don't have a true rear suspension, but maybe there are 3rd party suspension post/seats or other options that are compatible with this model?
It's lika modern, electric version of a motor-bike/moped (motor where you have a pedals to also ride like in bike) where version of it was in DE,PL,SK,CZ, etc - Babetta :D
@@Techtablets and I still have "oldie" in my tool shed :D I did show this one to my wife and she was like "hey it's a good idea when we gonna need to go to office" :D
Nice Video Chris, pity these tech toys cost an arm and a leg here in Cape Town with import tax being a killer but dont worry, when i win the lottery, i will by every piece of tech on your channel!! Keep up the great work!!
Thanks yes all of this stuff is expensive for SA and even NZ. Import tax on top since it's over $800 NZD and the postage costs to Auckland are crazy. I wanted to buy one like this for NZ and make the review there but the costs were so high it was out of the question.
Yes I believe it can be. It's filmed in Denia, Med coast of Spain. Great spot for ebike videos. But it was so hot when I filmed this I was almost passing out in 38 degrees 70-80% humidity.
@@Techtablets I haven't had any experience with any other ebikes, just dirtbikes and ATVs ..but I definitely love it. Haven't been in a four wheel vehicle since I got it lol. It's been such a life changer that I'm even going to be starting up a local delivery service with it 💪Since Uber eats won't service my area, this cat will 😎
Hi, there was going to be a clip of my daughters on the seat, but she freaked out a bit and didn't like it. I wasn't going to force here. Also didn't come with footpegs.
any gopro tips for a rookie? Im playing around with white balance, bit rate, sharpness, and ISO. I hear those have a big impact on quality but no idea the recommended settings if you find a moment!
I'm super annoyed with this company. I live in the UK and placed an order and then the day after they emailed me saying they are not delivering to the UK but are working on it! I got a refund a few days after but I had my heart set on it :(, love the design and wanted the dual suspension
@@hithere7080 Sure, but then they shouldn't have allowed me to place the order. I bought a Fiido T1 pro instead even though that is also 750w and can be speed unlocked easily.
NOW ...WHO WILL WORK ON THIS? GOOD LUCK. YOU have to find someone who has their own business. If you need to replace rear tire or tube be ready to struggle getting tire off. It appears when they put rear tire on the paint was not dry and so you have A sticky situation. Some prying is needed. Overall though...love it.
Most of these style bikes are around 1600-2000 euros even. So at 1399 it's not a bad price compared to others. But yes scooter is an option it depends on what you want.
It is and turned out to be far better than I expected. I really can't fault it for the quality the price the only thing is for this price it really should have hydraulic brakes.
Out of all the reviews I have seen on this model yours is the most informative ! 👍
Glad it was helpful!

What an amazing review... Been researching ebikes for a few hours and this one I think has my name on it...
It's a good bike this one I really enjoyed it.
This bike is awesome I highly recommend. I just got it on the 7th and I’m shocked at the price range 😮
We appreciate your reviews. Keep working hard.

Yes with a large battery and hydraulic brakes it could be the best in this class.

How many lbs for the rear seat person can allow?
88 lbs max
Great name
Amazing Brand name, one I will not forget any time soon haha.
Fucare means bums/hooligans in my language 🤣
Oh haha 😂
Got a Libra early this year... Love the bikes, customer service is horrible.
How come all the ebikes you introduce are never sold in my country. Can you please review more universal brands. Cube, scott, giant etc.
Sure I'll review only what is sold in your country as that matters to me. It all depends on what companies will send me.
Ok. I am in the wrong place. So long.

Much better than I was expecting. The power, qualify and everything. Decent price too. Most this spec are 1500+
the website has hydraulic brakes for 200
That's good to know.
that name
It's a real Fucare of a name!!
Can it fold?
crank pedals are too long , it strikes the road surface when tilting to make turn ,!
not if you have the pedal at the 12 o clock position for whatever direction you turn, could always put shorter cranks on?
For a bicycle it's not that cheap. For a small motorcycle or moped it is cheap.

Imagine it had hydraulic brakes and dual motors
Would be awesome if it did. Maybe they will make a Pro version with that?
I mean they pretty much already do, it's called the Fucare Gemini X with dual batteries. About $1600-1700. Amazing bike too.

Consider reviewing some of the more cheaper options $1000 euro or less?
Sure but it's whatever brands are willing to send me is what I cover. Maybe some cheaper models in the future hopefully.
