I love watching those takeoff rolls and then that moment of lift off it gives one a feeling like no other. It is an exhilarating moment and I'm not even actually on the plane but the video makes me feel like I am. Loved this. Thanks.
Captain, I have a doubt, the 747-400, at maximum weight and at sea level, can it continue to take off, if 2 engines fail after the V1? or is it only ready to take off only if 1 fails? And the other question is, at maximum weight, it always takes off with flaps 20 or is it possible to take off with flaps 10? I play in flight simulator with the 747 pmdg, and with 1 engine fails after v1, I can take off and ascend without problems, but with 2 engines it fails, it is impossible for me to stay in the air after the rotation, with flaps 20 I cannot With flaps 10 I can because I have to accelerate the engines more, I have to remove the fadecs and accelerate them more than the epr determined by the fmc for takeoff.
