NYCT Subway || (3) trains ending at Rector St on the (1) Line

A weekend G.O had (3) trains running via the Financial District to Rector St on the (1) Line. This was interesting, as trains would use the South Ferry Loop to turn around heading back up. (2) trains were sent to Crown Heights and (4) trains were extended to New Lots Av.
