- This is easily up there with one of the biggest valuations we've ever seen in The Den. What makes this pitch so amazing is that the business is already proving to be very profitable alongside the massive valuation. Siobhan Miller from The Positive Birth Company is seeking a £136,000 investment in exchange for 1% of her business. Her company is all about hypnobirthing through in-person classes, on an app and through a digital pack to assist with birthing and to provide better care throughout pregnancy and delivery.

Wow I bought this course 2 years ago preparing for the birth of my daughter. It was so wonderful and helpful. I ended up having a c-section but it set me up to have a very positive birth experience. So happy for her!!!

Why refund? Complications can happen despite the preparations you go through, that is certainly not the products fault.

She wants their connections and boost for her business. A dragon will easily make you a wealthy millionaire/billionaire
I doubt she has those margins, unless her growth this year has skyrocketed. The company seems to have lost about 90k the previous year, according to companies House.

I used her programme for my birth. It was lost on me. Because my birth didn’t go to plan. But it was a good programme if you’re planning on having a natural birth.

I’m surprised there was no mention of clinical evidence or qualifications required of the coaches. Mothers should have the freedom to make their own decisions about how they give birth of course (tho elective home births make me nervous no matter how “fit” the mother is) but I thought they’d at least ask. Other than what the app does I’m still not sure what hypnobirthing actually involves.
It is an amazing way for women to feel mentally and emotionally in control through their labour. I guess they didn't need to hear reviews because the growth is evidence alone. You would not believe how amazing these women labour. I have watched women hypnobirth and I am always in awe
