@@sooperdude22what you said is true but I have seen a lot of people who actually enjoy fighting every moment of war who think their life began in war and also going to finish in war by getting shot stab or blown up in pieces so they might prove this unknown person statement wrong because of there nature
Man I remember playing this mission as a kid I always went very slow through the starting area in the bunker, checking every soldier and hoping they would make it out alive 😂 When you combine it with somber music its a very powerful scene
The cut dialogues give me chills, they show how desperate the civilians were to save they're lives. War is terrible and even after millenia of war, one worst than the previous mankind keep doing it
the dialogue was meant to be used if you take too long to take out the enemy forces with the sniper and the helis and tanks with the javelins. basically the game showing your inability to act as consequences and you just allowed a bunch of civilians to get slaughtered
MW2 is the most loved game in the series yet it still feels underrated by the Single Player enthusiasts. God, I love this game. After 15 years, it's still the best CoD. And also I wish they had released the original script, I want to look how MW3 was really supposed to be like (before they fired the original Infinity Ward staff)
I wish they’d do more missions like “On their own accord”. In the newer cod games It really shows the brutality and chaos of war. One of my favourite missions in MW2.
When I was a kid I wanted to be a soldier. However around middle school or high school I playedted these games again and paid attention. I noticed how these games don't show how fun war is but how bad it can get when war truly starts. I decided being a soldier wasn't for me
I knew about the cut-out dialogues from this mission before this video. You know, when you open it and listen to it for the first time you really feel uneasy. A scary moment in which you don't want to be in that place at that time
the fact that this game is trying to feel how a military protecting the country and someone they love is the most scariest thing to ever happen. wait until if Treyarch made BO6 campaign that takes place in the 9/11 incident but too bad after MW 2019 release Activision went downhill and Treyarch is trying to hold the Black Ops franchise

Funny how you call me a M0R0N when WaW doesn't even feature any civilian NPCs. Of course you don't know how to explain it. Plus why are you defending WaW so religiously???
The whole vibe of mw2 just feels like the day before the end of the world.
For real! It’s like every match feels like it could be the last!
this is why we appreciate peace over war. war only brings deaths, sorrow, and chaos, which no one on this planet wants to happen.

@@sooperdude22 true fact my friend, a true fact indeed.
There's a quote that similar from Desiderius Erasmus, possibly is this.

Totally feel you on that! Those moments hit different, especially with that music playing. Good times!

You should try insurgency Sandstorm. Especially the co-op or single player. It feels like you're actually in the middle of a battle.
This mission was the pinnacle of what is the true cost of war. Shame not many - if at all, recent Call of Duty’s can compete with this gem.
Totally get what you mean! Those older missions just had a vibe that’s hard to find in the new ones.
War is inevitable,
We cant avoid it
Why does it look like there is a zombie apocalypse cuz of the screaming citizens on the radio

Mw3 2011 gonna be darker
The new mw series just ruined the perception of the story of mw, shameful thats what it is...
War doesn't determine who is right or wrong, only who is left.

This was when Call of Duty took itself seriously. WIthout the 4 man army with forced deep voices trying to be cool
Now people justs love war then worrying about it
You’re obviously not a native English speaker but as an American, walking out and seeing the national mall be an orange warzone is always sad
There's nothing good in wars.

This is cringe. Not even the close. In world at war you see actual executions. I think that's a bit scarier than a scripted radio call.
Think this video is more about the after affects, aftermath, of war. World at war was more, in the moment of war.
Sure WaW is more gorey and had "actual executions", but CoD4 showed civilian executions
@@ImRobin07 hey M0R0N you literally see civilians getting massacred in waw. I don't know how to explain that any better.
