Jodi Picoult!! My all time favorite author!!! Diane Chamberlain is awesome! Loved The Dream Daughter. We read The Kitchen Wife in book club and had a phone conversation with Kathleen Grissom during our discussion.
The best book this past year that my library book club of about 20 years was The Sound of a Wild Snail Eating by Elisabeth Tova Baile. It is none fiction and for a small book it had us talking non stop for 1 1/2 hours. 😊
We just finished Remarkably Bright Creatures and that led to some wonderful bookclub discussions. Also..anything by Lisa See and for some legal topic discussion, John Grisham is perfect. Definitely want to read the new book by Kristen Hannah coming out next month…there’s a bookclub winner for sure! Great video…Rhonda
All the ugly and wonderful things was a hard read to get through. Definitely good for sparking discussion. Overall I am glad I read it, but can’t say I will pick it up again.
Lindsey, I'm actually getting ready to start one 🤞🏻. Do you think The One Hundred Years of Leni and Margo would be a good starter book? It's a book, my friend and I both have as we're getting a group started.
2 books by lisa wingate were great discussions, both historical. Before we were yours was based on the true story of an illegal adoption ring than ran for many years before being shut down. The book of lost friends deals with trying to reunite families separated by slavery.

My book club loved The house on Cerulean sea. Thank you for some great recommendations for future reads.

The One is a good bookclub book and The Girl With The Pearl Earring.
Before We Were Yours was one that lent itself well to book club discussion lately!
That would be a perfect book club book.
Four Winds, Crow Mary and The Kitchen House led to our best discussions and we still mention them from time to time. Good call.

I loved this book…. Four winds….
I like discussing books with an ambiguous ending so much - our book read The Anomaly which was a wile ride.

Great ideas, thanks!
Our book club really enjoyed The Spectacular by Fiona Davis
Great pick - I have that one on my shelf and will have to suggest it at book club.

The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue would be a good book for a book club
Yes - that would be a perfect book club book.
