OMG THE DEDICATION to read 200 books in a year!! It seems insane, yet I completely understand. Reading is the most dangerous, most addictive of drugs. ❤️

How to get ME to read a book: Seeing it on Madita’s channel. Instant motivation to read genres I’ve never even considered, like poetry. I just adore you Madita ❤️
Ember in the Ashes and A Torch Against the Night are among my favorite books of all time. Absolute bangers, the worldbuilding was mindblowing, and Elias is one of my favorite characters period to date. Some of my favorite books from 2023 were All My Rage (if you want to cry, just read this book), The Knife of Never Letting Go, and These Infinite Threads.

There’s not Right or wrong with how many books you read in a year. Everyone has different schedules and bc reading is my “job”, I have to invest a lot more time into it. 25 books is a completely normal amount of books to read and even if you had only read 1 book, I would still be proud of you for reading. The amount of books you read is perfect for you as an individual. Maybe you have other hobbies, maybe you’re at school, maybe both. No matter what, you still read a lot of books this year ❤️
200 books a year was A LOT! I only have 81 hahaha here's my fav : -finale -the ballad of never after -the grandmaster of demonic cultivation -heaven official's blessing -the bridge kingdom -a curse so dark and lonely -queen of nothing -two twisted crowns -purple eyes
The dramatic verbatim reading of the Open Water quote touched me while making me cackle lmao the way you sound like you are utterly in love with the book 🤣🤣

first of all this is the sweetest comment to ever exist? thank uuuuuu!!!!!! and 11 books is still alot! please do not compare how much I read to you and don't ever feel bad about how much you read. We all have different schedules and different lives so we all have different amount of times we can invest into reading. 11 is still a great amount of books
OMG I read the House of Salt and Sorrows book because of watching your 24hr read-a-thon and honestly one of the best books I have ever read. I'm so glad it made it into your top books of 2023!! I haven't been reading for years because I was just reading books that never interested me and I am so glad I found your channel cause now I have a tbr just from watching your videos!
That amounts to approx 4 books a week. Average providing there are no brick books like War and Peace, Middlemarch, Complete stories by Doyle etc 😊 I think that 2000 pages in one month is OK even though there are some readers who manage 100 pages in one hour; others who call themselves "slow readers" consider 20 pages an hour as a lot ! We are all different and we assimilate information differently, too. Regards from GB.
