MJF been in two of the best feuds in any company in the last year. One with CM Punk was legendary and this is great too. Definitely the best heel in pro wrestling. And wardlow has so much potential, sick guy
Not to mention, they're back to back. His feud with Jericho was awesome. His matches / mini feud with OC was dope. Him and Darby had an amazing feud. As well as him and Cody. He's really been one of the most consistent heels since aew started.
Didn’t like his feud with punk it’s build was good then the match isn’t what I wanted; but Darby v MJF omg that match was beautiful it’s one of my favorites matches in wrestling.

MJF is doing a Marvelous job getting Wardlow over as a Babyface and he doesn't have to do anything but continue being the complete Badass Monster that he is. MJF is Bulletproof, a loss will not hurt him.
I'll make a prediction that MJF will win the world title at All Out in September. Even if Wardlow wins against MJF at DON in a few weeks this feud is far from done by any means. MJF is so good as a heel that he has a whole buffet of guys in AEW that he can easily feud with. Once Wardlow wins this match and becomes a fully contracted performer for AEW he needs to go on a tear winning as many matches as possible and building towards a world title match for next year as it's too early for him right now AEW world championship.

After this great moment on the show I think, in my personal opinion, the feud has no need for more to elevate the tension between Wardlow and MJF, that's why the next chapter of this feud should be the last one, and it should be on ppv with the Steel Cage match but with a few changes, Wardlow vs MJF with Spears as the special referee! MJF being an awesome heel he could announce on Dynamite and say to the fans that they don't deserve to see Wardlow to be punished and humility in a Steel Cage on TV for free, what better place than Las Vegas on ppv! And he could remind the fact that Wardlow lost his first match in a Steel Cage, just to presume that the same thing could happen at DoN! The reaction of the fans almost certainly would be a fantastic massive heat for MJF!
This is what a classic wrestling story is like. A proper heel and a baby face. The baby face is organically over and not shoved down out throat cough cough Roman Reigns and the heel is absolutely hated. Simple but brilliant.
