AEW is my show(s) no offense to WWE but it’s product made me think I grew out of professional wrestling as a high schooler. I gave AEW a try that first Dynamite and been watching ever since. I gave WWE a try when Hunter took over and it still felt like a kids show. To me. Not trying to put one down to lift up another, just giving my opinion. I say all that to say this, I fell back in love with pro wrestling because of the Elite and I stayed in love because of MJF. Great interview

Love MJF. Worth every single penny of that $15 million Tony Khan paid him. I maybe wrong, but I believe MJF is the only wrestler on the AEW roster to have 3 peat won a championship (3 different championships btw) these last 3 years (2022: AEW World Championship, 2023: ROH World Tag Team Championship with Adam Cole, 2024: AEW International Championship). Dude says he intends to be a double champion. Well, he was double champion before in AEW (AEW World & ROH World Tag Team), so it'd be great to see him as double champion again.

I used to be a fan of AEW, but now MJF is the only thing I can stomach from that company. There's some great talent there, a couple of the best even, but they can never get over jobbing to the worst main event stable I can ever recall Everyone gets booked into confusion, disappointment, and sudden, unexplained leaves of absence. Did Samoa Joe die after his title loss? Was him breaking Jay Lethal's (the worst booked top star in the company) title record before retiring it just another way to shit on Jay's incredible legacy? Has putting Orange Cassidy in major feuds and TV time slots paid off yet? Is it going to? Am I supposed to think that Jack Perry, the 5'8" skinny guy who got manhandled by the devil himself, as shown on their own programming is a threat to anyone inside of a ring? Do all the women just suck, and sexualizing them is the only thing they're good for?
AEW is dead, and it deserves to be. I wanted it to be the new, cool promotion so badly, but instead it caters to the least informed and sensible wrestling fans.. What a waste.
