I wonder if well-placed taps with a carbide-tipped ballpeen hammer on the concave side would straighten it out? Knifemakers use this technique post heat treat to straighten out any wooptys.
Very nice work. Everything about making your own Anser style putter out of blocks of 303 ss or ? I work for Choice Metals in New Hampshire if you’re ever looking for anything exotic. Maybe we can make a trade off !?!?!
Thanks!!!! I will definitely keep you in mind! I’m on the welding/fab side of metal working & haven’t been much of a machinist (simple lathe). It’s good to know where materials can be supplied & you carry exotics🔥
